"I have been buying from RA for several years for me and my freinds , and only had one glitch in that time ( wrong part ,right box ) and it was resolved by crediting my account, I even asked for a RGO and they said it wasn't cost effective to return it ( cheap brake pads) I went to the local 3 morons and it was more to buy the pads than it was to get them here even with shipping costs and they weren't a brand I reconized , now my average order is around $100 and I don't have to deal with the dolts at the big box stores , recently I had a Package not show up when it was shipped and Chris looked it up and told me when it went out when it should arrive , he was right it arrived on the day it would . they also have done some good crosschecking on bearings that I needed that were not listed too , beat out the locals by $20 ( saved $5 after shipping and were the brand I wanted ) thats service and they are on speeddial "
