"Well...This was my first experience with rockauto. And i have to say it wont be my last, I would give them 10 check marks, but this site only allows 5, So with that said. I ordered a fuel pump on Wed got it Sat. It was D.O.A. But should I point my finger at this company an say it was there fault? absolutely not,who is to say that Tom, Dick or Harry. didn't have a game of touch football with it while it was in the shipping process. Called sunday got a (rma) Have a new fuel pump on it's way right now. as I write this review. Now that's what I call customer satisfaction. "I ordered a bunch of parts including an ignition coil for my 84 Fiero SE. The coil was the correct box, but the wrong coil. A few emails back and forth later, I did the lookup for the coil I got and sent pictures (from the popup order box)of the wrong and correct coils; fortunately, I recognized the wrong coil as a coilpac coil for 88 or newer GM cars. A few days later RockAuto shipped the correct coil. Good thing I work slow these days. RockAuto is the correct name for these guys because they rock. I'll keep the wrong coil on a shelf in my garage for show and tell.

"I ordered a new compressor, drier and other pieces to complete a repair to a 1996 Taurus owned by an elderly lady. Being on fixed income she needed the best possible price and with summer heating up quickly the repair needed to happen as soon as possible. The ordered parts arrived very quickly and were priced below any possible competitors. As a follow up repair, I am redoing the brakes. "This is one of the best places to get parts. Huge choice, very reasonable prices, fast shipping. Mostly aftermarket (but high quality one, for example "Beck & Arnley"), but they also have some OEM parts (Denso, Aisin, etc). I ordered a lot of parts for my Toyotas, starting with all kind of seals, belts, spark plugs and finishing with rack & pinion assembly. Always order was shipped fast and customer service was great. Core charges (for rack & pinion) was returned very fast.
One more plus: they send discount codes regularly by email (usually -5%) that sometimes covers whole shipping costs. Unfortunately, sometimes shipping charges might be pretty high, if parts are coming from different locations (I know at least 3 different warehouses exist) and there is no anything like "order for $100 and get FREE shipping". If they had it this would be just the best parts shop ever.
