"The return policy is very confusing. No phone number or anyone to talk to in order to clarify the process for "warranty" items. Email is almost non existent for clarification, however the will email you to inform you You did it wrong and charge you multiple shipping labels....even if you bought the original return label from them that they claim is your fault. Supposedly it been shipped by them to one of their other warehouses at my expense again, but it's been yet another week since they created a new label yet tracking says it's not been shipped.....probably because of my last email to them letting them know I'll never buy anything from them ever again. You get what you pay for is the old saying....in this case it's true. Use your local autoparts stores or a reputable online retailer."

"this company is horrible. you cant call anyone. they close out your tickets so you cant respond. I order a right and left axle. both of which populated when i put in our car information. one was the wrong part which they claimed they would reimburse once I purchased a correct one and then when I switched out the parts they refused to contact me back. the 2nd part was defective and they kept closing out my ticket refusing to give me a call back. "
"I recently ordered a part that arrived WAY later than promised. I asked for a return label and a refund because I no longer needed as I had to purchase a part locally. Via e-mail they only offered a $3 refund for the difference of the shipping and closed the ticket. I am forced to work with my credit card provided to launch a complaint and get a refund. Very frustrating...STAY AWAY!!!"

Parts and use different bolts to get it to work. Drier also seems to be a knock off from what I can see inside. I’m willing to bet it doesn’t even have the stuff that’s supposed to be in there to remove air. Part quiality is garbage. Not my first bad experience with them. And after shipping only saved 20 bucks vs getting parts from Orielys. Done using rockauto. I recommend to spend the bit more locally. You get what you pay for. "
