"I recently purchased an item from Rock Bottom Golf.
I was looking on their website and saw what I thought was my same item on sale for less money.
After a few emails and a phone call from Adam, I got it all straightened out. I was looking at the wrong back on sale.

"So I thought it might be good to order a few things from here, but apparently you get what you pay for, or do you. Bought 14 qty of balls, glove, and shoes. Tried to change delivery but they were going to charge me 12 bucks to change it, obsurd.
Tried to sign for it ahead of time online (UPS) but shipper restricted, it, trying to have them leave it at a UPS location (shipper Restricted it) Trying to contact Customer service is irrelevant, you have to email them, you can call sales all you want and place orders but when you need help or to leave a shipment at a UPS location and cant because they denied that option (rock bottom)
I thought I would give them a chance again, but nevermind, they will nickle and dime you any way they can from what this seems like it. If i wanted to change address, pay, i bet you if i want to leave at a UPS location i'll have to pay.
Should of read the reviews a head of time.

"I received a Rangefinder from RBG today. The service has been amazing. UPS needed a signature for the product. Ryan with RBG called UPS to change that requirement for me, and called me back to confirm after about 5 minutes. Received the product on time, and at an excellent price. Some report a bad experience, my could not be any different. I highly recommend this company.

"Man I wish I would have known what a ridiculous company this is. They send my clubs to the wrong address. Then after weeks of hassel I asked for a refund since I still didn't have my clubs. Apparently they aren't refunding me until the people who have my clubs send them back. Are you kidding me. Don't buy from this place its not worth the headache. "I Purchased 5 orders of 60 dozen new Taylor Made balls, charged, and order being verified and confirm to ship next day by their staff. Well, around noon on next day, another staff notify me that order need go to their wholesale company which had charged us arm and leg. I told her we already books tournament with the balls as part of game, she would not consider any inconvenience that might cause us, They just cancel order without our consent. We did not see refund yet, as they claimed they already issue the refund. "
"Beware the refurbished scam!!! I purchased a "refurbished" (read scam) SkyCaddie SG5 from Rockbottomgolf.com that DOES NOT work!! Here's the SCAM: You buy a "refurbished" SkyCaddie SG5 from Rockbottomgolf. In order to use it, you MUST buy a membership (which I did). I downloaded local courses yet when I went to play them, I got ****!!!!!!!!!! Lo and behold, SkyCaddie will only offer a refund within 30 days (this happened within 40 days, so no refund).
So here's the scam: Rockbottomgolf sells defective **** from SkyCaddie. SkyCaddie sells you a membership they don't refund if after 30 days. So......SkyCaddie gives defective garbage to SkyCaddie to Rovkbottomgolf, Rockbottomgolf sells defective crap to unwitting consumer. SkyCaddie sells membership to purchaser of crap and both win. Consumer gets ****!!! Meanwhile they play the game of "you need to return the product to SkyCaddie" and SkyCaddie says" You bought it from Rockbottomgolf, so return it to them" horseshit.

"Fortunately, I did not see any of the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a complete set of clubs on Saturday 6/17/17. Much to my surprise, since I opted for FREE shipping, I received notification from UPS on Monday 6/19/17 my package would arrive on Tuesday 6/20/17. It got even better, when they arrived, they were exactly what I wanted. Also, for the phenomenal price, I was ok if they had been previously opened, but they were factory sealed and wrapped. I will definitely be shopping here again. Very Happy customer :)"
"Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing from Rock Bottom Golf. I purchased a wedge ($30). I went to checkout and the price jumped to $40 w/ shopping (33% increase). Come to find out, it will take two weeks to get there (must be the pony express). Contacted customer service and said for $10 it should be here a lot quicker. Person basically said they didn't care.
WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH RBG AGAIN!"

Placed an order saturday night, yes i know its holiday weekend, regardless of that, I paid for next day shipping, processed order, said it was to be delivered Wed.. Perfect I say, well cause i needed them for the weekend coming up. I get an email from UPS saying its been changed to Monday. So i email customer service, they do the whole apologize speeel. They will refund me the shipping cost, but hello, that doesnt fix my issue of needing them Friday. On top of it they wont refund me. They say its already been shipped. As a big business you should be able to contact UPS and tell them that order has been cancelled to return to sender.
Never again will i purchase from here. I'd rather buy from Ebay first or Amazon.
Pay the extra money and go to Dicks sporting goods or somewhere else.
I highly urge you to stay away. "
"After purchasing a new golf bag and receiving the item I was given a bag listed as new that had been used, damaged and returned. The color I had ordered was then sold out and my only option was to purchase a new bag. I was given a $10 credit for the inconvenience. That however did not cover the free shipping I had lost, I purchased more items to qualify, and a coupon that was now expired. I tried getting the same bag but in a different color but was told everything had to be an exact exchange per policy. So for me to purchase the same bag in a different color would now cost me more money. "

"I ordered 7 different items from Rock Bottom Golf on late Friday (Oct. 21, 2016). The shipping charge was a little high, and "cost savings" was a little exaggerated, but the actual prices was clearly identified and was great. They shipped them out on Monday, and I had the items on Wednesday (Oct. 26). Everything was new in the original factory packaging exactly as described on the WebSite. I would consider my experience regarding product, service and shipping as excellent. Will order again."
