"I ordered a set of irons, a driver, and a fairway driver with a 25% discount. 10 Days later, I see the prices on the Irons, the Driver, and the Fairway Driver ALL went down a total of $110 and they were offering another discount worth 20%. I asked for a price match and they said they'd give me only $11 because Price Matches are up to 7 days. The total difference in price was $55. I said it would make sense then to return all the clubs since their return policy is 30 days and just make another order, to which they said they were going to charge shipping back. Instead of just giving me the $55 I got screwed out of, they wanted me to go through the trouble of shipping the clubs back, reordering the clubs and waiting for delivery. What a totally UNPROFESSIONAL company. Terrible Customer Service. Would NOT recommend."
"I was buying 3 wedges for 74.00 . When I went to check out the price tripled .They based the jump at a price of 200.00 a wedge . I couldn't find that price anywhere on the web . Very Shady!!!"
"I ordered a TaylorMade putter that I needed for a tournament that I was playing in this weekend. When I ordered the club, I thought it would arrive prior to the weekend. I subsequently found out through customer service that it would not arrive until the following week (through no fault of RBG - the club was coming directly from the manufacturer). I asked if they could cancel the order even though they had already placed the order with the manufacturer. They said they would try and an hour later I received an email saying that the order was successfully canceled. Listen, they could have easily said that they tried to cancel it but could not but instead they actually took the time to deprive themselves of a sale in order to satisfy a customer. I've read a lot of the reviews here and I am truly surprised because my experience was very positive. I had several rounds of correspondence with "Scratch" and each time I received a reply within a reasonable period of time. I would not hesitate to shop with them again."
"I ordered from them and paid for expedited shipping. They charged me then after the order did not show up for a week, told me when I asked that it was not eligible for expedited shipping - which they also tried to tell me was on their web page. Which I pointed out to them was NOT. So after a lot of struggle, I returned the unopened box to them. They have emailed and acknowledged the return accepted and they still weeks after it's return not refunded me. They are horrible and possibly fraudulent. "
"Pricing is good, but service is bad. I suppose you get what you pay for, but the guaranteed "get it in 5 days" is total BS. My order didn't even ship in 5 days and it looks like it will get here in 10 days. So if you are looking for a deal and timing is not important- shop here. But if you are making plans around something arriving. Go somewhere more credible. "
"I placed an online order at 5:41 PM on 3/8, I cancelled the same day at 5:57 PM. On Monday I followed up and they told me it was too late as it was already packed and ready to ship. I told them I wouldn't accept the order, which I refused and returned to sender. They refuse to refund the shipping. THE WORST customer service in history! Don't waste your time, these bad reviews are accurate"
"I purchased a pair of Revo Bearing Sunglasses in Matte Black/Blue Lenses from their Amazon.com store because the ice was cheaper than what I was looking at in SunglassHut. Since I purchase items from Amazon.com all of the time and have Amazon Prime, I was not concerned with the reviews because I knew that if the item arrived and did not meet my satisfaction, I could return it and Amazon would handle the refund for me. Well, the sunglasses arrived and the were not in the retail packaging which cause me to investigate them further. After a quick google search I determined that the following MUST be present on Revo sunglasses if they are authentic; item comes in retail box with SKU code, the word "Polarized" will be on the lens, there will be a warranty registration form, the sunglass case will be of high quality and will contain a soft microfiber cleansing cloth. My purchase had NON of these requirement and thus I must conclude that RBG sold me counterfeit sunglasses. Beware of purchasing ANY items from an online retailer who does not have a problem selling fake gear disguised as the real thing! I too have had much frustration trying to deal with RBG's customer service and due to this have simply went to Amazon to handle my refund, but buyer beware with these guys. What croks!"
"I was planning on purchasing a set of grips from Rock Bottom golf, when I came across this website. I got worried after reading all the bad reviews here, but I decided to give them a chance. Now, I can say I couldn't be happier. I paid at least 20% less than what I would've paid anywhere else for a set of brand new sealed grips, and my order arrived within the promised time frame. I had a great experience shopping at Rock Bottom Golf, it just became my #1 place for my golf purchases."
"Such a disgusting liar...
After Christmas and letting go my year, I looked back my past year and I decide to give award to myself something I really have dreamed many years... Full remote controllable electric golf cart...
Finally I found one at reasonable price... Rock bottom disgusting golf...
On ebay, they posted a picture very nice "spin it golf electric cart WITH remote control" at very reasonable price...
I just placed order and I couldn't sleep... After a week, I received a box and I opened immediately but, SOME BIG THING missing... No Remote control...
It was just push cart with a tiny motor...
I e mailed to such disgusting guy and they replied,
> I apologize for this but we use stock photos to advertise products on ebay
> to list them as quickly as possible. We do advertise on the listing that
> the photos are stock, in the future always go with the title and
> description to know what you are getting with the product. After looking
> into the description it doesn't appear the remote comes with this product &
> I apologize for that.
>
> Do you want to return this product?
>
Ok...
Because, I have been dreamed many years for that and I offer them having exchange it to remote controllable one pay the difference... then they replied...
I now understand and apologize for the initial confusion! Unfortunately I am unable to alter our prices for the products, we have to sell them at the price we advertise. I have set you up with an RA # below to return this, for the trouble I have waived your restocking fee.

"Plain and simple - BAD Customer Service. Saw a fairway wood I was interested in at a great price, put it in my cart and was immediately going through the transaction process when their price jumped by $40 from $79 to $119! Spoke to customer service (via email) numerous times sharing the experience figuring that out of good faith they would make some kind of adjustment in my favor knowing my story was accurate. I got absolutely nothing from their representative, he made no attempt whatsoever to try to keep me as a Rock Bottom customer in the future. Trying Hurricane Golf next time around, they have great reviews here and are very comparable in pricing."
"Had problems with a Callaway stand bag, legs would no longer close. They were responsive, required that I send photos, then asked that I ship it back. They issued store credit for my original cost, less the original shipping cost, and nothing for the return costs. I am out a total of $30. I could have purchased it from Costco for the same price, but Rock Bottom had a color that I preferred. Rock Bottom stated that they no longer had the bag in stock and would not provide the newer identical bag though they did have it in stock. They just issued the store credit, not a refund. Now I am out the costs and must pay more for the replacement bag if I order it from them. Think twice before purchasing something that could need warranty replacement. I appealed their decision, asked that they reconsider and asked that they just ship the newer bag but no luck. I think that I will just use the credit for some balls or something and get the bag locally. Will not make any similar purchases from them. A little behind in how they handle warranty issues.

"Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. Beware of these guys. No phone number for customer service. They "hide" behind promises of four hour response times that are not kept.
I placed two orders with these guys on the same day. One shipped. One didn't. We're now a week out from the order date. They admit that they made a mistake, but they refuse to refund my money until they complete their process. So, I ask what is the process. "The warehouse is searching for the other box." OK. But your system shows nothing was ever done and no tracking number. "We printed two labels, therefore we know a box exists." OK. Then why not just take the UPS number off the other label and check to see where the package went, if anywhere. No response. I'd like to speak to a customer service manager. No response. When will this issue be resolved - "maybe tomorrow."
Beware! It's not worth it. (Yes, they seem to have good prices because they mainly sell closeout stuff, but you can find prices just as good on Amazon.) They have $637 of my money and are not too keen to give it back despite admitting that I've received nothing. If you ever have a problem, you'll be unable to actually speak to a person and will be forced to do everything through email. Had a realized that, I would have never placed an order with these guys."
"I ordered a ladies' golf bag on Saturday and received it the next Monday. After reading the reviews I was a little worried but was very impressed by the service. Shipping was faster than probably anything I've ever ordered and the product is exactly what I ordered. I'm very happy with it and will look to their site again should I need other items.
(No one asked me to post this. I read these reviews and saw there are quite a few negative and wanted to share my positive experience).

"had a valid coupon for $5 off and free shipping for order over $99. Sales folks refused to honor the free shipping on a $100 order despite multiple conversations. Sorry but this is just bad customer service!!"
"Not the lowest prices. Ordered a wood and found it in my local store for $20 less. Contacted rockbottom and they said it was my loss and they won't do anything about it. Never will shop there again."
