"I understand with Covid-19 companies have to change they way they do business but come on customer service is customer service if working from the office or from home!!! I have been a customer since 2003 and have watched RMATV/MC turn from a place that was my first choice to buy from to a company that is my last choice if I cannot find an item anywhere else!!!
On Thursday 29 April 2021 at 2:45PM MDT I placed and order all items were in stock and according to their website all orders placed before 5:00PM MDT ship the same day! My order didn't ship that day nor the next, part of my order was shipped by USPS on 2 May (USPS tracking shows the shipping label was created on that day) and the rest of my order didn't ship till 3 May by FedEx 4/5 days after the order was placed!!!
On Tuesday 3 May I checked the status of my order on their website and the USPS tracking shows label created but it also shows that tracking number being delivered to a different address than mine back on July 2020??? So I called their CS and had to wait an hour to talk to someone who says that is a RM display error but the packaged shipped and they are waiting for a tracking update from USPS but my package would arrive on time on 5 May!
May 5th no package no update by USPS, tracking still showing they are waiting for the package from RM so I contact RM by email I get a reply that it will take up to 72 hours for a reply to my email.
A week after I place my order FedEx delivered part of my order today and USPS still shows they are waiting for the rest of my order from RM. If they cannot get my order to me or at least ship all my order in stock item within a week refund my money for the part you didn't ship or got lost!! So much for same day shipping if placed by 5:00PM MDT and free 3 day shipping on orders over $75.00!!

"Purchased windows (over $500.00) for my Rzr. Tried to install. Three different problems: First, bolts that are supposed to attach to the roll bar would not attach. In order to attach the part, I had to use zip ties. The installation paperwork showed bolts hooking into a square roll bar. My roll bar is round. Second, there is a gap at the door. To adjust the gap at the window area, the bottom of the door won't seal right. Third, the mounting bracket is well above the support bar.
So, I took photos as they required, sent them in and waited for an answer. No answer. Several e-mails later I called. I was told that I would be responsible to send them back, even though they don't fit or install, and I would be charged, based on the "parts" being damaged by trying to install a faulty door.
Don't purchase from these people. After almost three years of purchases, and spending over $500 for equipment that doesn't fit, who knows how much of a refund I'll get."

"BEWARE. Although I ordered a part that came up as compatible with the WR250F, and after reading the description carefully that states “designed to have the same original factory shape that is on your machine”….. it will not fit a WR250 (or WR450F) as it does not have provisions for the speedo cable. RM will not take it back because if you choose a color the website will automatically add a note that says it does not have a mount for the speedo cover. Reading the reviews a see I’m not the only one who was burned by this. Will never order again from RM. Dollars spent over the years….

"So I bought 3 orders over the last couple weeks and 1 shipped out. The other 2 have been processing for several weeks and never shipped out. The order they did ship me had items that didn't fit my bike as stated in the item page. I talked to customer service and they told me even though the item doesn't fit and is not as described, they won't accept a return. So to sum it up: very poor shipping times, not accurate website listings, useless customer service that doesn't honor returns for faulty items. Filed a claim with the credit card to get a return. I will not waste a cent on this joke of a company ever again. Run away....don't walk!!! "
"Just getting into dirt biking again with my teenage son. I have placed 6 orders with them and on each order they won't ship it out because my shipping address is different than my billing address. (we have stupid tweakers that take mail so we have a PO Box). So, i have to call and be on hold for 30-90 minutes while they verify who i am. Now, the first time i was totally cool with it as they were trying to protect my security. The second time was like, c'mon guys, already did this, but this has been the FIFTH TIME! I have been on hold a total of about 5 hours for these 6 hours and they STILL don't have my info dialed in. And yes, i set up an account, so they have all my info saved upon ordering. Just can't do it anymore. I like their return policy and their website, but it is a royal pain to order stuff from them. So sad because they carry great stuff, have good tech vids, and have a good selection. Their CSR's are very nice (except for one guy that i got a little stern with on order #4-after i explained that i had verified every order previous and this should not be happening now he just towed the company line that it was "policy". He actually charged my cc for a nominal .15 and had me log on to my bank and tell him what the amount was!) So, after all this i know i probably should have asked to talk to a manager, but with the amount of customers they apparently have, it probably wouldn't matter unfortunately."
"Ordered a fire extinguisher and never received it. Contacted Rocky Mountain and was told that Ontrac said it was delivered. I don’t know where it was delivered but certainly not here. Won’t refund money but yay, I can buy the same thing again for a discount. No way. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Crooks. "
"used these guys for all my parts until this season, customer service is GARBAGE rude don't care. Also had $30 in race credits and went too use and they said oh sorry they expired and there is nothing we can do. I have had issues with shipping being late and not what i paid for and been told "rhay's the way it is sorry we can't issue credits" paid for 2 day air not 6 day air. Seems like rm atv has gotten to big for their customers and only care about taken your money no service after the sale. from all these bad reviews it shows. I will return to motosport.com...UPDATE AS OF 1/9/20. Still no contact from managment about this like they stated in their responds just like i said THEY DON'T CARE about their little customers just corp. Ones....UPDATE AS OF 4/18/20.. Proof that the customer does not matter as per THEIR responds that they "forward my comments to upper management" as of TODAY i still have never been reached out to about this matter and folks is why i have been spending my hard earned money else where. They give every review the same bs blanket form letter responds"
"Over the last 30 days, I have purchase approximately $1,200 in various items (7 different orders). One of the items needed to be returned (a kickstand purchased for $50). When I went to return the item, the customer rep (Victor) informed me that I would need to pay for return shipping, no exceptions. You've got to be kidding me."
"Well first off I’ve been buying parts from Rocky Mountain for close to 20 years and never had any issues. My last order it all went to crap. I placed my order over the phone because I had a couple of questions. I ordered tires and wheels for my 2020 rzr xp4 (tire and wheel package). I asked if I could get the bead lock ring in a different color they couldn’t answer that, then I asked if I needed lug nuts or if the stock ones would work they couldn’t answer that either. I went ahead and ordered the splined lug nuts and a spline key to go with the lug nuts. The guy I spoke with was gonna send me the wrong size lug nuts until I told him they were wrong. After I hung up I realized I forgot to ask if the tires would be mounted so I called back, nobody could answer that even after 4 call backs. I proceeded with the purchase I received the tire and wheels they were mounted Thanks. I received the lug nuts about 4 day later. They sent me regular hex lug nuts, but they still sent me the spline key for them makes no sense. I figured oh well I’ll just use these ones. So when I went to install the wheels I realized the lug nuts were the wrong size (thread pitch). I called them the next morning a supervisor said they would send me the right ones OVER NIGHT well over night turned into 3 more days. So I called AGAIN they said oh we’re sorry they weren’t over nighted, but told me how sorry they were so he gave me a measly $20.00 gift card. So I figured I might as well use this $20, so I bought mirrors for the same machine the bolts they sent were way to short so I had to go buy new bolts. The real kicker of this whole debacle was I wrote a review on the tire and wheel situation and it never posted and it was not derogatory at all. When I talked to them and told them they said If It was negative they don’t post it. I then wrote another review about the mirrors and it was mostly good except for the issue with the bolts, again it was not posted cause I gave them a 3 star rating. I think what **** me off more than anything was I took the time to write the reviews and I NEVER write reviews. Rocky Mountain has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They are VERY incompetent and have know idea about their own products. Also after many attempts to get tracking number emails i never received a thing"
