Address problem?

"These guys are a waste of time ordered a few items well ahead of time needed. They have an error with billing address. I call verify correct info. 3 days later after I pay for 2 day shipping order still has not been processed. Stay away go to Motorsport these guys have never let me down. "

Their Mistake Is Your Problem

"Placed many orders with RM. Never had an issue. Placed a $200 order and a $12 shirt came different than pictured online. I was offered to keep the shirt and receive a gift card for the amount. So I can spend more money with RM. I declined as why would I keep a shirt I clearly did not like as I took time to contact customer service about it. Now I get to wait days for a Fed Ex label, print it off then drive it to the Fed ex drop off Wait for RM to receive it. Where then it may take another 10 to 14 days fir RM to refund me. All this for a $12 tee shirt they sent out wrong. I just don't believe in making am already hassled customer go thru more hassle to be made whole for their mistake. I conversed with two Customer Service reps neither of which seemed to give a darn whether they lose a loyal customer or not. So. After dealing with RM when it comes to mistakes made on their behalf....I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from them. "

Return Problems

"I purchased a fuel pump from Rocky Mountain They shipped 2 pumps and billed me for 2 pumps. 1 day apart. I contacted customer service. he advised me to pay to ship the items back and he would refund my money. this is unacceptable. I should not have to pay to ship items back that was their mistake. I checked my order history and only one pump. they said there was a different transaction the next day. but was not in my order history. I was a very loyal customer until this spending almost 1,400 in 9 months.I will take my business where customer service means something."

Sad Shipping Service

"Ordered new tire a week ahead of a group ride. Plenty of time to het a tire already on the West Coast. One week later my tire is headed to Colorado and I had to cancel my trip. Worse customer service ever. Will not shop here again. "

purposefully dishonest to boost personal sales

"utv vehicles are becoming more prevalent in offroad racing, so we had to source a supplier for parts more specific to that industry. after ordering, we contacted the company to check about an account, to which the sales person exclaimed how much money we would save etc by setting one up. cancelled the order shipment, unfortunately, and supposedly issued a credit back...which is dumb because we would have had a credit for near future purchases had he not done that. two weeks later, no parts, no money back, call order again, still awaiting reimbursement, only to find out our cost is higher than joe consumer online...and we pay shipping. called to ask, next guy tried to do the same thing, simply asking what could be done, he personally cancelled our order, against my request, and I had to call and instruct manager to make sure the parts shipped as we have now dropped more than twice what the customer would have paid. extremely dishonest and now I have a loss, and **** customer. never again. go ANYWHERE else."

Bait and Switch

"--Bait and switch scam--
Placed a +$100 order online expecting--as advertised-- 3-day shipping only to receive 5-day shipping due to my order including a tire. I was told I need to "click through" their advertising banner to read the fine print. Just one more scam. I used to trust these folks.

Defective Tires

"Bought a set of tires for my Father for father's day. Had them installed at the local dealer. The tires vibrate so bad that the atv is not safe. While at our cabin I did online chat and troubleshooting on a Saturday. Victor deemed them to be defective and told me that the warranty department would contact me Monday. I never heard from them so I contacted them back on Wednesday. They then wanted me to do more troubleshooting. By this point I'm at home and the ATV is at the cabin. They instructed me that my only other option was to ship the tires back to them so they could send them to the manufacture to be tested. If i did this my father would be without tires for months. Not happening... They offered to return them is I paid for shipping of the DEFECTIVE tires back to them, and paid a hefty restocking fee. I opted to file a complaint with my credit card company instead. Will never buy from them again."

Great place to order parts

"PROS: schematics for EVERY machine, competitive pricing, live chat for help with any issues. Phone customer service is extremely helpful as well. ----------CONS: Their '3 DAY DELIVERY' promos aren't very accurate. My email confirmation stated i'd receive everything on a wed, when in fact some items weren't in stock which meant they had to be shipped from kentucky to maryland to kansas then to iowa for delivery to me. These small front tires took 5 days. ---------You can store your vehicle information on their website, but when you log in to start ordering stock replacement parts it ALWAYS asks what vehicle you have, even though under your profile it shows what vehicle you have.

"I returned the wench due to the fact that the Tusk wench does not fit on a Kawasaki Mule 610 as stated on your web site. I did some checking on the Kawasaki web site and the Warn wenches have the wire studs inward on the wench and the Tusk has the studs on the top and bottom at the end of the motor. The top stud hits the cross member of the Mule front end and will not allow the lower bolt to attach. In other words, it doesn’t fit. I bought this thing based on your site stating that it was correct for a Kawasaki Mule 610 and it isn’t. How many other parts are incorrect on your Web site?

Update: After several emails I finally received a refund for the wench. but not the mounting plate. I told them to open the box the it will be there. Yep they found it and I received the balance of the refund. Hence the one star. I have to hand it to the several customer service ladies that helped me as they were courteous and helpful but as for the company as a whole, I don't think I would buy toilet paper from these guys

"I ordered oem honda parts on a Friday, after 10 a.m. Eastern, less than 9 bucks shipping. (I'm in Indiana)
Had the 4 wheeler torn down and wanted to go riding on Saturday, didn't realize I needed these when I first ordered. Expected to see them Monday or Tuesday. Before 1 p.m. on Saturday Fed Ex delivered them!

"I placed an order for four atv tires and rims. They sent me the wrong rear tires. They attempted to make send back the tires and rims prior to shipping me the correct one. They finally agreed after several minutes on the phone convincing them they are wrong and I shouldn't have to be delayed further. Then I opened the packaging on the front tires and one of the rims were bent from mounting. Their solution was to send pics of the damaged rim to them and wait for there response further delaying the installation of the tires. This company is not very easy to deal with and I would not buy from them again. Be warned. "
