"Ordered online, paid for everything, then a few days later I get told to call them to “secure” my order. I was unable to access a phone due to my work and they were unable to tell me the problem over the internet. Now I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back.
I won’t be using them or recommending them. Any online company that can’t solve problems via email is a joke."
"I had ordered a plow online. They delivered it to the wrong address. They later had fed ex recover the plow and in the mean time they sent a replacement plow. Was told that since I requested the replacement plow that I had to take the replacement plow to my local fed ex store 20min away (I never demanded a replacement be sent). Before sending it back I opened the first plow to find out they never even sent the right plow to begin with. I was given a gift certificate for the hassle. I went online and ordered oil and oil filter for my quad thinking you can’t really screw that up. A week and half later I still had not received the oil. I called 5 times checking on it to be told yesterday that it is scheduled for delivery by the end of day today. I just received a call from someone in Florida that they received my package....I live in Pennsylvania. They not only screwed up once but twice. "
"This place is an absolute joke to order parts off of. First things first paid for express shipping to get my part two days then they sent me the wrong part. They resend the part and then send me the exact same one they sent me the first time which is incorrect. Then I try to get my money back, fought for 2 days just for that. And then on top of that all they can do is give me half of my money back and they're not going to refund me for my shipping. Long story short they have now stolen $40 from me and I have absolutely no parts to my name. awesome"
"Rocky Mountain ATV in Utah, I trusted this company to provide more of a street style tire for my new RZR 1000. I selected the ITP Ultra Cross brand. Standard shipping took Monday thru Friday to my door. When mounted, I could not go over 40 miles per hour, my UTV shook so bad. I took both front tires in for a balance check and one was out of balance by over 22 ounces, I was told there was nothing that could be done with it. Called RM ATV immediately on Saturday for a replacement and was first told it was my problem because RM ATV did not mount the tires on my stock wheels which worked perfectly with the stock Big Horns that it came with. When I would not accept that response, I was then told to send pictures, my info and what was found to their warranty dept. I was then lied too saying their warranty dept would call me back ASAP on that day, Saturday. No one called only for me to find out hours later, their warranty dept is not even open on Saturday. I had to then call on Monday to explain the entire situation again. Each time you call RM you are on hold for at least 10 minutes before you get someone in customer service. Finally a FedEx return label by email. Now after more trips and time to remove the rubber from the wheel and FedEx to pick up, they still will not send me a replacement until the return scan shows up in their system. I just watched it being scanned at my door step. They promised to promptly ship a replacement upon scanning the return yet here I still wait on RM ATV. I have no confidence that without yet another 20 minute call to RM ATV tomorrow, Thursday, I will receive a tracking number to watch the standard 2 day delivery take a 5 day trip. I see a lot of customer disappointment in RM ATV and I only wish I would have looked at reviews prior to my purchase.
Now after a week, second tire is shipped to me and is 5.50 oz out of balance. RM ATV now tells me that these are not the best tires for quality and for what I intend to use them for. However, these are what was recommended for my RZR 1000 in the initial purchase. I am going to take the hit, pay for the dismounting of all 4 and they can have them back for a full refund. I will purchase elsewhere let everyone know of this horrible experience.

"I’ll start this review by saying I’ve purchased literally thousands of dollars worth of product from Rocky Mountain ATV over the years. I’ve always had a great experience until now. Albeit I’ve never had to do a return. After this experience they have now lost my business for good.
Here is the situation. I ordered a pair of knee braces on Wednesday, paid for second day air to get them for the weekend’s planned rides due to my previous pair of braces failing the weekend before after years of good use. Friday the braces arrive but in the box are two right braces, not a pair of left and right. I call customer service and speak to Jonathan who informs me he will have to contact the warehouse to find out why the error was made, and I should hear back from him later that day. Knowing that my weekend ride plans were shot I was disappointed but due to my previous experience anticipated the error would be taken care of. A couple of days of riding are an extremely valuable thing to me and now I was going to miss them. I figured it was a simple mistake and they would make it right. I didn’t get a return call on Friday. On Saturday afternoon I finally got a call from Jonathan telling me that I needed to send photos to prove the braces were in fact two right braces and not the pair. I was driving at the time and had no way to take down the information needed to send these photos, so I asked that he send me an email with instruction on where to send and repeated the spelling of my email twice to ensure he got it. No email followed that conversation. After no communication I finally called on Tuesday of the following week to follow up and got Jonathan again. No explanation as to why I hadn’t seen that email just a pompous attitude greeted my call. This all from a mistake on the vendors end. One who claims, “Easy Hassle-Free Returns”. Sending in the requested photos I got the return label the following day and was assured I would receive a full refund for both the mistaken two right knee braces as well as the two-day air I paid to make my weekend ride. Tracking the return package, they have now been back at Rocky Mountain ATV for 12 days. I still don’t have a refund.
Needless to say, I ordered the braces from another retailer instead.
Easy hassle-free returns, I think not. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I’d suggest spending your dollars elsewhere with a vendor who values customer service.

"Have ordered many times with great quality on parts. Ships out of warehouse quickly. Have had no problems with returns. Biggest issue I have is they use FedEx. Fedex can't find my address two days in a row. They leave packages at the wrong place. So three day shipping becomes three weeks. So don't plan on getting it quick. The USPS is way better. UPS THE best. "
"Ordered 4 tire one of which was damaged (Kinked bead). Tire store called prior to mounting to report problem (and say he would not mount it). Reported this along with pictures to RMATV. After bugging them three times they wrote me back a e-mail stating that the tire had been mounted and they would not warranty it!! I have the tire in hand / it obvious it has not been mounted!
There happy to take your money but; if you have a problem good luck on getting any service or satisfaction from ROCKY MOUNTAIN ATV "
"Ordered a Husky jacket that came in a size too small. No problem sending it back for the proper size. While I was waiting to receive my order, I get a call asking me if I plan on taking the jacket across the Canadian boarder (order was to be delivered to Washington state). Being honest, I say yes. Then they tell me 'we can't sell you the jacket, Sorry, we have an anti-competitive agreement with Canada. What a load of ****! Delivery was to a US address and they have no right asking me what I plan on doing afterwards for personal use. Brutal customer service. Took my business else where with no problems there."
"Ordered a Wheel true stand and wrench over a week ago.... Nobody knows where any of the stuff is and RM ATV customer Service are giving me some "Not my problem" attitude on the phone and something about 8-10 days before they can do anything at all?.
Not even a straight refund.
Nobody pays for goods or services they do not receive .. Its called Theft.
Just to follow up i am out of my money and product RMATV knows they are supposed to release the claim to the deilvery company, they have refused to do so. Under no Circumstances Trust this company they are a bunch of W***ers!"

"Placed an order with 3 day shipping, label was created on day one, 4 days later nothing received and no update to tracking number contacted customer service I was told they will have to contact FED EX to look into it and it could take 8 to 10 for a response. I said so there is nothing that can be done and his response pretty much thank god for PayPal "
