"Ordered two POD MX K8 2.0 kneebraces 10-2-19. I received one POD brace and a Mobious Brace in a POD box. Returned both braces because they POD didn't fit correctly and I obviously never ordered the Mobious. Customer Service tells me no problem then never refunds my money even though they have both braces back. After multiple phone calls they say its because there was a Mobious brace in a POD box which is exactly what they sent me in the first place. Will have to file a dispute with my credit card and hope they can get my money back. Customer service will always besuper nice to you but basically not do anything to help."
"Ordered some parts back in July and never showed up waited over a month and nothing ever came when I called at the beginning of the month they told me the parts were going to be shipped out the day I ordered them... come to find out they lied when I call to see where the parts where they proceeded to tell me that they were on back order and when I asked for my money back they couldn’t even do that right so now I’m out of the parts and my money I would take your business else where."

"Rocky Mountain ATV removes Negative Reviews from their website, so I'm having to resort to posting this elsewhere so the public knows how shady this company really is.
I am disgusted by RM ATV, and this company will not receive a single penny from me ever again.
I paid good money to purchase a set of Tusk Wasatch wheels and they were delivered without valves stems installed (in the ad on RM ATV's webpage it says that they come installed. Look in the Q&A section). I contacted RM ATV Customer Service on 7/30 to get replacements, but they informed me that replacement wheels could not be sent unless I paid for new wheels and then shipped the old ones back. Seriously? The Customer Service staffer "Luke" then suggested I bring the wheels to a tire shop and pay MORE money to have the valves stems installed and he would offer me a $15 gift card (that can only be used at RM ATV, of course) for my inconvenience. $15? Are you people serious? I cant even get replacement without dishing out another $400+, and instead of enjoying my purchase, I now have to cart my wheels around the city to find a tire shop that will work on beadlocks (no commercial tire shop works on beadlock wheels, folks!). And RM ATV doesn't even sell the tool to install the valve stems on their own wheels!
As someone that owns a business, everything about this transaction was wrong. They were late being delivered by OnTRAC. They arrived defective. Their Customer Service staffer literally made zero attempt to rectify the situation by doing the right thing and replacing these.
I want my money and time back. I should have purchased local from a legitimate wheel company, instead of these "exclusive" Tusk wheels that RM ATV wont stand behind. Don't let their online presence fool you - RM ATV's model is a sham. They don't respect their customer's time or our money. And I'd pay double through my dealership than give a penny to this outfit.
And the fact that they remove these types of reviews from their website only proves just how shady they are about their products. Buy elsewhere.

"Ordered parts for my husbands dirt bike for next day delivery, receive a call that they can’t overnight ship to a different address but will still ship today to receive by weds. Have to call back Tuesday because they still haven’t shipped even with calling before the 2MST deadline. Asked the representative to put a supervisor on the phone and three times she tried coming back that they would offer something but could not ship to different address overnight. They stated that they don’t publish their policies on their website but you might want to considering you’re screwing a lot of customers over with your “free shipping over $75 or pay flat rate for next day”. We will never order from here again."

"I ordered ex springs for a 07 cr125 web shows qty of 2 for 7.08. Only received 1 called to see and they say it’s for one. But all three sales people see the order is for 2 springs and their site should have charged 7.08x2 for a total 14.16. They agree, but still insisted I pay and additional 7.08. This is Not good customer service! I’ve never had this problem before and am pretty miffed, especially how the manager handled it."

"The BEST MC online company out there! Had mft issues with some Tubes I bought, customer service was FAST at replying and making the issue right by upgrading the tubes to better ones @no charge!
The customer service is absolutely phenomenal and they truly care about making it right and ensuring your happy with the product! Highly recommend them for all your MC needs!

"Okay, so I went with Rocky Mountain because the prices were good and they had a large selection. BUT...they call me they day after placing the order and say they can't ship to a different address. It needs to be the billing address. I don't want my kids Christmas gifts showing up on my door step for them to see or someone to steal. I have everything I order online shipped to my office. So, I spent an hour last night going through and selecting 3 shirts, 3 pants, 3 helmets, 3 boots, 3 goggles, and 3 chest protectors, which now was a waste of my time. I would not recommend them. Go somewhere else. Wish I could have my hour back."
