“We are very sorry that one of your items did not fit. There are sizing charts on the site that are specific to each item to help aid in size choice. However, as all of our pieces are order in the size and color chosen by the customer and then customized with your chosen logo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We also do not keep stock so we would have to have someone from your school pick the exact item in the size and color you chose and then choose that exact logo in order for us to resell this item. Our FAQs state the refund policy on the site as well. This is why we are able to offer customized products on one piece at a time and not requiring a bulk order.
