"Good price for the camera. Shipping date was pushed back due to a delayed transfer of the packedge between UPS and USPS but I needed it soon so they were able to make a call and get it delivered faster (no charge).
Their agent gave me a call and used a bit of a hard sell technique to try to get me to buy more - accessories, warranty. I did go for a larger battery and am glad I did."

"Service was good, however the great price listed was for a "grey market" camera (Canon 7D). I had to pay extra for US version, with warranty, and unless I asked, I don't think they had any intention of telling me that the great price was on a non-US model. The sales guy even told me originally that the camera had a US warranty - theirs!! Be careful when ordering from these guys, and make SURE of what you are going to get. Otherwise, everything went well. They were still pedaling those RIDICULOUSLY priced batteries - about 4 times what they are really worth. Does anyone actually fall for that? One more thing: they actually called me at home 6 months after the purchase to try and get me to write a nice writeup for them. Honestly, I seriously believe that some of the reviews for them that I read here, are written by their employees. Just my opinion. Be careful!!"
