"After a lot of research I decided to purchase the d7000 with the 16mm-85mm lens. I made sure it was a USA model and everything was in stock. They sold me the filter combo then started in on extend warranty and battery. I declined, after a couple of days no follow up email on the order then I called them and sure enought it appeared. I finally get ship date and my wife is all excited about her already late mothers day present. Well low and behold it shows up alright with no lens! No call no email nothing only the packing list that says 0 in the shipped column. I believe something in the follow up department needswork. I have purchased many items on line and this is a first. I am very disappointed to say the
least Let see how they respond.
I received a call from Kevin the following day and he stated that they shipped the lens to them instead of me. He offered to send it over night and said he would call yo follow up . He also mention giving me a 7 year warranty for this mishap. That seemed fair, however when the lens showed up( on time) there was no warranty registration slip to accompany it. I still have the registration card for a 18mm - 105mm lens that they originally sent minus the lens that the camera came
in. Well I hope they send the warranty slip that says 7 years.
That being said, Kevin seamed to be on top of it. I will post
when warranty card shows up
O.k they made it right after more follow up the warranty card showed up as promised. I must admit I was a little leary after other posts however they have the best prices. Thanks Kevin you saved the day!!!!
