"I made my purchase in August 2011 and have been very happy with it. I called Ryther Camera after finding them on the internet and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and knowledgeable they were. I believe the techs name was Kyle and he asked me a number of questions regarding the level of user that would be using the camera and what types of pictures they would be taking. He recommended the Canon T3i and explained why it was a better fit. He also suggested different lenses to match the kind of pictures we were going to take. He then went above and beyond and customized an inclusive package with items that matched our needs.
There was no pressure to “buy it now”, and actually it was the opposite. Kyle continued to answer my questions over a 3 day period and was very supportive and understanding that this was an important purchase. When we finally made the purchase Kyle and Dave Brennon reviewed the final order with me. Explained everything we were getting and gave us the final price that was actually cheaper than we had expected.
The order process was very smooth and allowed for the use of paypal. We received our order in a timely manor (just a few days), it was packed very well, and had everything that we ordered. Believe it or not we actually got a follow up call to make sure everything arrived safely and to ensure we received everything we ordered. Who does that any more?!?!?!
The entire process was fantastic and we will be buying from them again. We are learning that you can never have enough lenses, filters, or SD cards.
