"I recently purchased a Canon 7D bundle from Ryther Camera. Before contacting them I was a little concerned about buying a relatively expensive camera from a unfamilar source. My concerns were unfounded as the service and the customer experience were outstanding. The customer service rep, David, was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. In fact he actually saved me some money by recommending a slightly different bundle configuration to better fit my needs. "I came across rythercamera from spending hours online researching the camera I wanted to purchase. I was skeptical at first because their store is fairly new but saw that they have successful ebay and amazon stores so decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. I got my Nikon D90 at a great price and received it exactly when they said I would. I did get a call after ordering though asking if I wanted additional items (SD card, UV filter, etc) I agreed to some but not all. How could I not, it was a great deal! "Ordered a camera wed evening, was shipping to address different than billing. Late thurs received email asking me to call and confirm. I did so and called my credit card to put shipping address in their file. Item shipped on Monday. Bonus items shipped a few days later than that. Calls to the company and emails were returned promptly and courteously. Camera price there was the best I found. Accessory prices were better elsewhere. Would order from them again."

"at first i have second thoughts on buying my camera from them, but im glad i did. i bought my canon 7d kit with them and got a call from one of their sales rep. the sales rep is very helpful explaining the items im ordering and suggested some options. once you tell them what you want, they respect your choice and just process the items you want. definitely coming back to buy from them, in fact after this, im ordering some accessories for my camera ;) highly recommended!!!"
"This was my first experience with Ryther Camera, and I'm very satisfied with it. I placed an order on November 8th and got a call about it on the 10th. The call was to see if I had any questions about the camera I was ordering and to make sure I had all the accessories I needed to get starting using it right away. Not only were the associates friendly and polite, but I got a few coupons which I do plan to use in the near future. The camera arrived earlier than the time frame that quoted in my shipping option and is in perfect working order.

My positive comments are for my dealings with Rhyther Camera when placing my order. I spoke with David who was curteous, professonal and informative. While spending a bit more than I had anticipated, David's suggestions made such good sense that I took his advice, and some extras were also included.

They aren't like other online resellers that swap out batteries to sell you the camera for a cheaper price. Overall, great customer service, great price, and I would shop with them again."
