I emailed their customer service and they ask me to call them, but none ever answer my phone call!!! Since the holiday sell is over, I can't find a good deal anymore, they waste my time and money.

"Ordered a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 lens from Ryther. Was very skeptical since price was quite a bit lower than anything on Amazon or elsewhere on the Net. But they were BBB member & rated A-, but only since August 2010. Shipping was free via FedEx, but supposed to be delivered to a house. Since I wasn't sure I would be home on delivery date (I missed the first try delivery), I went to FedEx site and checked Hold at FedEx location. Then read Ryther store policy that they would not do that. Tried to cancel the FedEx Hold and could not. Long story short, they held at FedEx location and I got lens. Anyway, I suspect the lens is "gray market" because product #0345B003[AA] is sold in Europe & other overseas. US has #0345B002. Ryther website said it had 1 year warranty & was model 0345B002. We'll see. Otherwise, lens is great and just what I wanted."
"I must admit I was worried that your store, RYTHER CAMERA, was one of those "bait and switch" stores that offers a good price on an item like a hot new camera but then practically forces shoppers to buy over-priced accessories in order to get the advertised price on the camera and if the shopper does not buy the accessories says the new camera is out of stock. I was especially worried when it seemed to take a bit long for my order to ship....but it all worked out thanks to the efforts of saleman David Brennon who made sure that my order got upgraded at no extra charge to 2nd day shipping to make up for the initial shipping delay and to be sure I got my new camera in time for my overseas trip. The free camera bag and lens cleaning kit were also a much appreciated surprise.
