looking for a great bed and a fantastic experience just go with Saatva, I hated going into a bedding place to either buy a bed, you lay on the bed for 30 seconds and the sales person is rushing you off. It is not that way with Saatva you get to use the bed in your own home and if you don't like it they will come back and take it out no questions asked. How can it get any better than that. Thank you Saatva, I would never buy any other bed again, people all your job is to sleep in it, they deliver it, set it up and then your only job is to sleep on the best bed in the world. Ordering was easy and our custom mattress and foundation should be delivered between 9 to 18 days.

Many companies can learn from Saatva on customer service and relations. Good customer service has seemed to be from a bygone era so it is tremendously gratifying to see and deal with a company whose focus is on good “old fashioned” customer service and courtesy. Mattress 3 stars - too firm for me. They offered a topper, and it was not effective as it slides everywhere and was not easy to secure. I sleep on my side near the edge of the mattress, and the Mattress is starting to lose shape on that side.

"This review is just on the ordering process witch has been great so far. My wife and I looked around for a new bed and found Saatva online. By looking at their beds online and also at a well know furniture store, we decided to buy online at Saatva they looked pretty much the same as the stores most expensive models but much cheaper. And we get a 120 days I think to test it out so what the heck why pay for a bunch of overhead.
We were able to fill out the necessary financial application and instantly was approved. We received an email right away explaining how the delivery would be handled and the an email the next day letting us know the order was processed and asking us to review the ordering process. Though it was early for a review but it is just for the ordering so far. Hope to be getting a call for deliver soon. Thanks for the stress free approach to order our sleep system. "
