"I should start by saying we didn't keep the mattress. I bought a luxury-firm and it was too hard for my 140lb., 5' 6" body. My 6'3" 180lb husband loved it. He has terrible back problems and while it was great for him, I just floated on top and my lower back couldn't touch the mattress when it was covered with a mattress protector and sheets, and that left me in pain every morning. I bought a 3" tempurpedic mattress topper to help but continued to wake up in pain every morning. My husband slept like a baby and said his back never felt better. I recently had surgery and haven't been able to sleep at all so we needed a fast replacement. I would have gone with Saatva again but found what i wanted closer to home and could have that delivered immediately. The Saatva customer service rep. was really nice and didn't try to give me a hard sell or pressure me to keep it. That was a big relief. I will definitely order from them again for the other rooms in my house in the future but will pay close attention to weight recommendations. Luxury-firm really isn't a good choice for bodies under 150lb. I wish I really paid attention to that note in reviews when placed my order. "

They sent a brand new mattress and the delivery crew was amazing . They were as professional and respectful as the first crew from Coleman Moving Company. The Saatva customer service representatives on the telephone are very polite, empathetic, and eager to satisfy.
There is no other experience that I know of like this experience with Saatva. I must mention that I really love the Firm model of Saatva. It’s just what I needed.

My second letter from you says that it is made and will be delivered in 3 to 5 days, Tomorrow will be day number 7. So I guess you meant 3 to 5 business days. "We bought a Saatva Luxury Firm mattress about 6 years ago. I fell in love with it immediately. It has the best support for both, a stomach sleeper and a side sleeper. The cooling aspect of the mattress is excellent. Unfortunately we had an issue with it in the recent months, but I am here to report the warranty policy and customer service are superb. I went to the website to research a new mattress (because this is the best bed and I wanted another). Once I read the warranty info I started a chat to see if it could be covered and it was! The warranty policy allowed me to buy a brand new bed at a fraction of the current cost. With all the new online mattress companies popping up, please do your research and I feel sure you will go with Saatva Mattress!!

"I love my mattress set and have always dreamed of a high bed. I feel like a princess sitting on my throne. Unfortunately, I think that my dream might have been a few years too late.
