The delivery company called to let me know they had received my mattress and would call me back in a few days to let me know when they would be in my area. Over a week later I sent Saatva a chat message to let them know I hadn't heard back from the delivery company, they followed up that same day and had the delivery company call to schedule my delivery within the next two days. The mattress is good quality, very comfortable as expected. As some others have noted it is a little firmer (we got the luxury firm) than other brands but we like the feel. The lumbar support and side supports are excellent."

"I like the concept and looked at the Web page a few times and compared it with other online mattress and went to a competitive store. I think the construction looks like a high quality product and made the decision to buy. The Web page on my tablet had no cart or add to cart button. Very confusing no way to pay. Chatted with a person he kinda made me feel stupid just kept telling me to scroll down. Finally called and a woman walked me thru it. Then explained sometimes on a tablet there website is not the same as a desktop. With all the advertising they put out there maybe something they need to address is how to get the money?
