"After much research about top rated mattresses online, we decided on Saatva Luxury firm (Hybrid) mattress. We ordered our mattress on 4/30/17 and saw the average delivery time of 9-18 days (as mattresses are made after each order). I noted that our new bedroom furniture was going to be delivered on 5/9 /17, ( only 9 days from order date) & that it would appreciated if delivery could be as close to that date as possible. Low and behold, I received a phone call 4-5 days later, advising me that our mattress was out of production and on its way to their MN warehouse location. Then, the delivery service called to schedule delivery, which ended up being exactly 9 days from the order date and only 1 hr. after our new bedroom set was set up! Everything about this buying experience has been above & beyond our expectations or any other online or in store buying experience. It's now been 3 nights of sleeping bliss for my husband and I as we love, love our new bed & considering our last bed was twice as expensive and a TempurPedic, that says a lot!
