"As far as skeptics go I will challenge them all no to love and enjoy this bed as I have. I purchased the Flag Ship Middle Firmness with the Lineal in Queen Size. When it was delivered and built it was my objective to find something wrong with the bed either in quality or craftsmanship and then describe the sleep experience. Upon inspection, and yes I mean with a fine tooth comb I found literally only one thread out of place that’s it. After laying in the bed and fooling around with the lineal which is unbelievable, lighting under the bed so you can see where you are walking in the middle of the night and a flash light on the remote just to make it more grandiose and a programmed zero gravity function and many more I was like a little kid in a candy shop. The massage function was well unique not like a chair massager but hey it’s a bed. Now for the sleep test; it was everything and more than they state on the web site. It’s really something you need to experience. This bed combined with the lineal turns a great bed comparable to a BMW into a Ferrari. If I notice anything wrong which I hope I don’t I will quickly post a revised review. "

"The process was good.Quick easy and our rep was very friendly.
I do wish they had a Canadian version of there website or it was capable of converting to Canadian dollars.The drawback for me was the tax and that they charge me the Canadian 13% sales tax in American dollars.As most know our dollar is considerably lower then the American dollar so they should convert our sales tax to our currency.In American dollars our sales tax would be about 9% but since they don't do that what we actually end up paying in tax is actually about 16-17% tax because we pay approx 30-35 cents on the dollar.That is my only negative.We look forward to getting out mattress and seeing for ourselves if it's as good as all the reviews say they are.This will be the 4 th mattress we have purchased in the past 6 yrs.We have had a top of the line Kingsdown mattress which we sent back after 2 months and got an I-Serta mattress which unfortunately ended up being worse.Then we went to a manufacturer and had one made based on the best one they made in their factory and when we got that it was way too soft so sent it back to have it firmed up just a bit and once we asked for that they were not so friendly anymore but they did it but to the extreme so have been stuck with it for the past year.Our backs just can take it anymore so after extensive research we decided on the Saatva.Fingers crossed its as good as all the reviews say.We are so looking forward to getting a good nights sleep for the first time in years and not waking up stiff,with a sore back and having the feeling of a bad hangover even though we don't drink and also feeling like we didn't really sleep,all because of our mattress.So it's exciting to think we will actually look forward to going to bed and getting a great nights sleep."
