"I will never recommend this company to another online buyer. I placed an order on September 11, 2015, only to wait 10 days (as quoted for processing) to hear nothing. So I reached out. At this time, I was told that item was out of stock and offered a refund. I requested the refund as I wanted the items for Halloween (I wrongly assumed that 3 weeks would be sufficient to get one item). Instead of getting a refund, I was told that they magically found my item and would be shipping it on 10/20 instead of 10/25 as I was told only AFTER I followed up with them. This obviously wouldn't get here by Halloween so I asked they speed up the shipping as they were negligent in alerting me and then didn't process the refund like I asked, no luck as I didn't select that shipping option. Then I get another message telling me the items shipped. How did that change so fast?! After the items apparently shipped on October 20 with E-Post (SU) I have continuously refreshed the tracking in hopes of seeing a status change. NOTHING! They charge extra for a tracking number to be provided. Oh it was provided but apparently ties to NO shipping partners as I checked EVERY one they provided and all them turned up nothing. I was given a 10% off coupon for my next order after I informed the customer service rep I would never be shopping with them again so that was a lovely EMPTY gesture. At this point I have to assume my items did not magically stock sooner than they thought and even after THEY offered a refund and I ACCEPTED, my items will be shipping and I will be charged when they finally do get into stock. This company is poorly run and full of misinformation. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMMY DRESS! I only rated them as a 1 star because Zero stars was not an option. I feel like I've been stolen from at this point, if this order EVER arrives I will be flat out shocked. "

"Ordered 9 items 09/28/2015, one is still yet to arrive (a coat they packed in to separate parcel, had three parcels all together), others arrived at last week to Finland. I like the outlook of the site, navigation is easy, payment was painless via Paypal. Could have more proper winter clothes for kids especially, but none the less quite broad assortment of products in sale. All in all I got so far what I was expecting. Some products are superb, some not so, but that was expected. 4 stars for the overall experience, hoping to get my coat soon."

"I ordered 3 items on 9/25/2015 and 2 have arrived. My account at SammyDress says all shipped. The items that I received are of marginal quality and do not measure as indicated on the chart with the items, much smaller.
I'm not returning (much to their delight) because of the bother in doing so. I'm not expecting to even receive the last item but I'm pretty sure if it comes I'll have to give it away because of the sizing.
So, remember, you get what you pay for. Not much.
