"I placed an order 10/01/2015 and still processing. I call customer service and get a busy signal. I try and communicate via live chat and it tells me that your agents are too busy. The money was taken out of my bank account almost immediately after placing the order......WHY am I not getting what I ordered. This is a complete joke. I will never order from this site again. I was worried about the shipping when I received their e-mail because I'd paid for the quicker shipping but the e-mail said 5-10 business days. Luckily everything arrived at 7 business days."

"I placed an order with Sammydress on 10/10/15. I received notice of shipmen on 10/13/15. I received my package on 10/21/15. However, it was only half of my order. Online it says my whole order has shipped in my shipping email it states that only half shipped. I have submitted a ticket as well as a complaint on my order and have not received any type of response. The phone number listed is always busy. Seems shady. The clothing is sub par but I figured it would not be spectacular so it is what I expected to receive. I am wondering now if I am going to get the rest of my order or if they are just going to send me half and keep my money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
Regarding the reply from SammyDress. This is a lie. You answered my complaint and asked if I would like to wait until my product may become available or if I would like a refund. I replied and said I would like a refund and now you will not answer me or fulfill my request. SammyDress I have replied to you, your company is a joke.

"I will never recommend this company to another online buyer. I placed an order on September 22, 2015, only to wait 10 business days (as quoted for processing) to hear nothing. So I reached out. At this time, I was told that one of my items was out of stock and offered a refund. Have I seen said refund? Absolutely not. The other two items were then expected to ship on October 18. This left me feeling uneasy, since I ordered the items for Halloween (October 31). When I checked in several more times I was told that the items would not ship until October 27. Waaaaaay too late, so I asked for all of my money back. Then I get another message telling me the items shipped. How did that change so fast?! With skepticism still brewing, after the items apparently shipped on October 19 with DHL I have continuously refreshed the tracking in hopes of seeing a status change. NOTHING! I reached out directly to DHL and they are not even showing the shipment as being picked up. So why after I stress to the customer service rep (Paul) over and over that I need these items by October 31, does this company actually think I will receive them is beyond me. I have since requested that my order be completely canceled and my money refunded, to which I had to begin a whole new complaint ticket, because the original customer service rep (Paul) prematurely closed my original. I do not want this order. I want my money back. This company is poorly run and full of misinformation. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMMY DRESS!"
"at first I had a few mishaps with my order. I was unaware that the "processing time" meant time until shipment. I also needed these items for Halloween and once I inquired about these things and it was determined that I would not receive them by 10-31 due to item being out of stock I was NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! I actually blew up on the customer service rep who was doing nothing but trying to help me I feel really bad now reading back at our conversation she was doing EVERYTHING she could to help me and I was not trying to hear it I just wanted my money back and was going to post terrible reviews everywhere about this site. HOWEVER after I calmed down and realized it was not the site or the company that was in fault it was mine for not reading between the lines. IT DOES say PROCESSING AND SHIPPING time and then BUSINESS days had I read everything I would not have been placed in that situation. Next thing, the customer service I received during and after my temper tantrum was excellent I couldn't really see it because I was so mad but my issue has been resolved and everything has been taken and needless to say I placed ANOTHER order this morning and I think that after my last experience this one will go much smoother only difference is that this time I had about 15 items in my favorites and I placed my order after I bundled my items by shipping and processing time. the things I ordered today have processing and shipping time of 3 business days and I paid for expedited shipping so I should have items within a total of 7 business days from the time I placed my order this morning. so OVERALL I am very very pleased and satisfied with the outcome of my situation and I will MOST DEF be recommending this site to all my friends and co-workers and obviously I will be shopping here in the future."

"With past orders I had initial issues with delivery time but that was resolved quickly. Once I received my items (3 were purchased) I had a great experience with the fit of the pants I was really impressed! My other two items were dresses that I had slight issues with. There was a grey dress ordered that was too short in length and at the bust the stitching was off and that made the area look bunched. The second dress i purchased had a wonderful color and I received many compliments. However I wasnt a fan of the fabric it felt like nylon.
On Sunday i ordered several watches and correspondence emails about payment and shipping came so quickly so I have no complaints.

"I've placed two orders with this site. The first order, I purchased two dresses; one of which was unavailable so the site refunded my money immediately and shipped the other dress. This refund is what prompted the second order (and not to mention all the gorgeous merchandise they have). Second order I purchased three dresses and a pair of lace boot cuffs. With the refund from my first order and the points (they give reward points for every order and product review on site that add up to money discounts - added bonus!) I had these dresses were discounted significantly (they're already seriously affordable in the first place, but this made them dirt cheap and irresistible). Both orders I placed just over month ago (Sept. 11 & 25). I have yet to receive my first order but received one dress from my second order last Thursday (Oct. 15) and it was worth the wait (they come from China)!! The quality is great and EXACTLY as described and pictured. Super silky and fit perfect. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DRESS! I'm patiently awaiting the arrival of all my other orders and hope all the products are just as wonderful! I've contacted customer service a couple times and they always respond promptly and resolve any issues or questions I have. My best advice is to pay the extra dollar and change for tracking so you know where your items are! (my mistake)
FOLLOW UP: I received the other two dresses from my second order last night and they are AMAZING! I can't wait to wear them- exactly as described and fit perfect. I am very pleased and these dresses are worth the wait!!! I really hope my first order comes soon!"
"I ordered 3 items from this place, 2 of the dresses was for the marine corps ball that my husband and I have to attend the first part of Nov. I ordered the items on the 1st of October, paying not only for the items, but I paid an additional amount, so that I would have the ability to track my items, at NO time was I able to track my package...I attempted to chat with customer service, that was unsuccessful, therefore I had no other option but to create a ticket, no one ever got back to me...
I finally received my item 20 days later, but because I was unsure If I was going to receive anything, I had already went out and bought more dresses...Its a good thing I did because, the items from this site was poorly crafted, cheap looking and NOTHING like the advertisements...
I attempted again to chat in order to discuss returning this crap, but I ended up having to once again create another ticket...And the only way to return is by talking to them first...
This company should be BANNED from selling in the U.S. "
"Dont buy from here. Just don't. When I bought this dress I even took into account that it might take a little bit of time, acknowledging the fact that it is coming from China. I needed it for a charity event I am participating in as a celebrity look alike for people's entertainment and so I ordered it weeks in advance. At this time I also ordered my wedding dress from a different company located in China as well. My wedding dress came in before this one which still is no where to be found. I even paid $15 more for expedited shipping which said my dress should come in 3-7 days. Now I'm told the dress won't arrive until the day after the charity event, convenient. I have asked multiple times for a refund and every time I call they hang up on me. I tried emailing and those emails came back to me as rejected so the emails aren't even real. Disappointed is an understatement."
"I have had nothing but good service from Sammy Dress. I have only ordered twice but both times I have received the package within the allotted time that was estimated for my ship time. The products were good quality and they all fit perfect. On the first order my shipment didn't show any movement on the DHL website so I contacted customer service and they called DHL to ensure that they did have my package. 3 days later I received my package even though there was no movement on the DHL website (which is no fault of Sammy Dress). "I had some difficulty at first with getting my order corrected but they worked with me and I got my shirts. They were very nice while working with me to get my shirts to me in a timely matter. I either ordered youth large or the sizes are just smaller then other brands but the shirts are good and I will use them as gifts to friends."
