Pathetic customer service. It is one thing to sell products and a completely different ball game to be an e-commerce company. I ordered for two dresses on 09/26/2015. Both with shipping between 3-5 business days. I kept checking my orders page and status remained the same: Processing and not shipped. Then I contacted support on 10/07/2015. This was when I was informed one my orders in no longer in stock. really? What were they waiting for? for me to go on checking for the next 2 months, until I never received the dress? After I asked them why wasn't I informed of this, I mean I think it is reasonable to expect a online retailer to inform me if my orders are out of stock. Because I have paid and you aren't doing charity!! After all this, they reply with their perfunctory apology statement, "So sorry for not informing you of the stock availability in a timely manner and we will improve the service in this aspect in the future."
So yes, lets fast forward to the future where they promise to their service right. I ask them to replace my order with another SKU on 10/09/2015. I get no reply from them. I am tired of waiting and of their apathy towards, customers so yesterday I mail them asking for a status. And yes believe it r not this is their reply, "Thanks for your recent message.
Many thanks for your support.
The item is also unavailable. Hope for your understanding.

"I wish I could give Sammy Dress Zero Stars. I will never order from this company again! At this point I think I have been taken! The website shows that my order was shipped on 10/9. I chose Expedited Shipping which should take 3-7 days. It has now been 11 days and still nothing. I cannot even track my package with the information they provided to me. Now the picture they are showing that I ordered is not even the dress I ordered. It is a completely different dress! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!"

"I placed my order 8/12/15, two months ago. I've not received the package and sammydress.com states the USPS has it. I opened a case with the USPS and they have contacted me saying they never received this package, had they received it, they would have scanned it into the system, which hasn't happened. I've gone back and forth with sammydress.com and they don't seem to want to rectify the situation. It is frustrating and I'm out $80."
"I have been reading through the reviews and I can see a lot of people have been having BAD experiences with Sammy Dress & their customer service, but my experience was different.
I was drawn to Sammy Dress by the prices & soon found out that they are from China, so I was a bit skeptical and hesitant to order because it would be expensive to ship and how can you tell if You're getting a quality product? You can't.. not until you receive it. So I gave it a shot.
I ordered pair of shoes, a bracelet & a T-shirt (10/7). It came out to be about $57. I took Expedited Shipping (3-7 Days) as my method of shipment & that cost me $20 which was $8 more than Flat Rate, which I was willing to pay for. I also baught the insurance as well, I'm not sure how that would help but I purchased it anyway to be safe ($1.27). I paid without paypal, which I hear is pretty risky. But it all turned out well, about 6 Days later (10/13) I received my package, wrapped up in a DHL shipping wrap, & inside was a shoe box that contained all 3 items, which was cool in my opinion, if you don't mind it being in one container. Each item had their own wrapping, the shoes had a white fiber like ' stocking ' that you would use for christmas (just an example). My shirt had its own plastic wrap, as well as my bracelet.
The quality of my shirt was like, forever 21 or holister. The bracelet was great & the shoes were great for the price. The only thing I can really complain about is the SIZE of the shoe was not true to the size. I ordered a size 8, but it fits like a size 8.5, or 9, not sure, but I had quite a bit of space in my shoe, which I didn't like.
I sent a ticket to Sammy Dress to have it returned to exchange for a smaller size. They're replied within a few hours, which was great since I was expecting to get a reply within the same day. They directed me to the return policy & told me everything I needed to do to ship it & get my exchange. The ONLY thing I could complain about that was the fact that it costs me about $70 to SHIP it back to china & I'm not even sure if I have to pay for the shipping BACK to the US. I closed the ticket & they had replied to me within another ticket, curious about why I had closed my ticket & what was wrong. I was honest & told them I wasn't willing to dish out $70 to have it shipped to them when I could purchase the same pair & have it shipped to me, FOR LESS. They replied & offered me a 30% off deal on the shoes or take a coupon.
So I took the coupon instead & will probably gift or sell the shoes.. but either way I'm satisfied with the way they handled my case & treated me well.
Last thing to mention, I do live on the West Coast, which could explain my fast shipping."
"I have placed two orders with Sammy Dress and am very satisfied with everything that I ordered. The package was delivered in less time than it states the shipping should take which I was very pleased about. The items are at low cost, but do not appear to be low cost."
"I cancelled my order and they say it has been shipped, with expected delivery up to 30 days. I usually check into new companies before I make a purchase, but didn't this time. What a mistake! The reviews are bad and the YouTube videos show the products as "knock offs" of originals. I am 5'7", 180 lbs and very curvy so I'm sure their products will not fit me. I refuse to pay customs and accept this order so I've asked for a refund and indicated the items will be returned UNOPENED. I just keep getting the run-around with their support emails so I've asked Paypal to refund my money instead. I've learned a valuable lesson - ALWAYS do your research BEFORE you make any purchases.
UPDATE: Although the quality of their products may not meet my needs of quality and sizing, their customer service is quick to respond and does their best to resolve any issue after you post a complaint on this site and dispute the payment with PayPal. I have returned the dresses I ordered unopened but they wanted me to keep the leggings that were sent separately. I opened the package and the leggings were more like nylons. They fit but I won't be wearing them as the material is very light and it is now winter. If you like Ardene products then you won't be disappointed in sammydress - cheap but not too great of quality.

"Poor quality, extremely slow delivery, awful customer service. They are basically a scam. Their website says shipping within 7-10 days, but the truth is, they don't have any stock available and will delay your order as long as they wish "due to unavailability", while they have already drained your bank account of money.
I ordered on Aug 24th. I've received one subpar quality dress and have yet gotten a refund for my other items. It is October 20th, almost 2 months later. Never order from this site if you want a good experience. The Better Business Bureau does not accredit this company and neither should anyone."
"I ordered on August 28th...the order shipped on September 16th (seriously, I was billed on 8-28 and had to submit a ticket to get a shipping email). It's now October 20 and no product. I have an odd feeling that I've been scammed out of my money. Please shop elsewhere; this place is SHADY.
I am updating my original review. Sammy Dress did reach out to me and was very good in fixing the issue. They shipped the order out and had it tracked at no cost to me, and I am satisfied with that. I have alot of respect for a company that fixes their mistakes. The product (Flash shirt) is of very good quality as well."
"This company is bogus and very dodgy. I am extremely disappointed with the inefficiency I have experienced with Sammydress.com. They have become elusive, dodgy and extremely unreliable since I paid for my U$D 159 order on 19 Sept 2015. Their systems are unreliable and un -coordinated. They promise one thing only to find that it was an empty promise. I have tried on numerous occasions to phone, open complaint tickets and to track my order over a monthly period and they would make empty promises that my details have been updated and order dispatched. They have only yesterday supplied me with a non existing tracking number from a China and Hongkong Post after I have written to Paypal and my banking authorities to investigate and hold my payment. This matter is now in the hands of the authorities who are now investigation the methods and processes of Sammydress. As it is Fraud and theft to take payment for goods and yet not deliver. I would like to warn everyone to take caution and not to send their credit card and passport details to Sammydress.com. this company is bogus, unreachable and completely unreliable."

" One change since is I have received the money paid for my order through full refund to my cc. They have been proactive about that since my posting my review here.
But let me offer some unsolicited but widely experienced business know-how. I have never run a business, but I know one simply rule: once a customer, always a customer. Customer loyalty should be paramount to any business especially in a market as HUGE as a global, online one. How do you keep it? How does amazon do it? How do the others do it?
Well, three problems Sammy Dress has:
1) On your customer support page, you only have pre-sales online chat. WHY? It shows you are only interested in hearing from the customer till they buy your product and pay for it. Not after. You need to be interested in hear from a customer after they have bought and what their sales experience has been or what their qs are--Online CHAT availability here is crucial.
2) Your customer support telephone number is a non-functioning one. Always busy, no one to take the call. Then why set up such a number? Keep a number that actually works and takes calls from customers even in your GMT time zone window. Otherwise, it goes to erasing your credibility.
3) Finally, you are soooooo proactive about responding to customer queries and complaints on a third party website like this one, but not your own.
Tickets "opened" on SammyDress take for ever to be processed. WHY? Should you not be working on setting up a framework to keep customers at your own site and never give them an opportunity or reason to even browse sites such these to complain on?
Just my 16 dollars and cents---I think you get the picture. If you make necessary changes, I believe your customer service will start to match the kind of products you advertise.

I ordered a black dress in September and with flat rate shipping. It was supposed to be delivered in 10-20 days. I have not received it yet. No one has bothered to respond to my ticket which simply asks where my dress is. The ticket is being "processed" for the last one week!!
But SammyDress is the WORST in product shipping and delivery to the customer, in Customer Support and obviously I have lost my money. Please be warned.
Shopping should not be this stressful or frustrating!!"
