"My daughter ordered 2 dresses on Aug.2. On Sept. 16, they said 1 shipped out on Aug. 14 and should be here by Sept. 18 and the other shipped out Sept. 3 and should be here by Oct. 8. Or it might be longer if there is bad weather, etc. Today is Oct. 6 and NOTHING has arrived. They now say to give it until Nov.3 which will be their delivery deadline and if they haven't arrived they will fix the problem as soon as possible. I told them if they haven't arrived by then we want a refund. I checked on the shipping company's website for the reference numbers and they say 1 package left Aug.18 and the other Sept. 9. I emailed them asking where the packages are. The US Post Office said they should have been here by now. We won't order form here again.
After our first review here, Sammy dress did issue us a partial refund and (miracle of miracles!!)
1 dress did finally arrive - 10 WEEKS- after it was ordered. The dress she received is nice. It has a couple little spots that could use some re-sewing to reinforce it. She likes it and it fits well. She normally wears a medium-ordered a large and that was the correct choice. I'm still VERY hesitant to order again though because it takes SO LONG and you can't be sure you'll get it. "

"I'm very upset, I never received any of my items from order# M1508130634238724 that was placed on August 13, 2015. However, I find it very interesting that Sammy Dress charges your credit card for the full amount of an order you never received. I received an email stating a partial part of my order was shipped, it's now October 5, 2015 - STILL NOTHING. Sammy Dress definitely needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, because this is so not right a customer is charged for something they never received - unheard of. Out of money and items - They're out there somewhere in China I'm guessing. Never will buy anything again!!!!"
