"Please believe that this is too good to be true. Even though items on their website look appealing, their customer service practices are HORRID. My original order was placed on Sept 16. One of the items I received was damaged upon receipt, the second didn't fit, the other 2 have STILL NOT SHIPPED (today is oct 13). I have been emailing back and forth for almost a month. It takes them a very long time to respond and their answers have not addressed my concerns. I am thankful that I did not spend a lot of money with them, because then I would be utterly irate. At this point, I'm just irritated and would like to help others to avoid this experience.

"I placed an order on 10-01-15, and when I go to check the status of my order it still tells me that it is processing. I've submitted a ticket, sent a message, attempted a live chat session, and made numerous calls to the 909 telephone number provided by the site only to garner no resolution. I find it absolutely insane that a company in this day and age can not seem to provide adequate customer service to their clients. I only want to know when my order will be shipped. It isn't difficult.

A rep from the site was able to get into contact with me and explain that some of the items that I ordered were out of stock and they were waiting for those. They offered to refund my shipping costs as well for the inconvenience. That alone was enough to change my opinion of the company. "

"Sammydress is my favorite place to buy earrings, because they are very cute without being expensive. As long as you don't have metal allergies, you can get many pairs of earrings for a low price. I always buy these earrings for my sister, who constantly loses hers, and I don't feel bad when she loses a pair of earrings that I paid $3 for at Sammydress.com.
I have not bought clothes from them, so I cannot attest to that. But the shipping for earrings is usually free. I paid for the tracking number with my order so that I could know when to expect the delivery. The extra fee for the tracking number is inexpensive, so I highly recommend doing this.
I had a slight misunderstanding with the customer service team, but they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and I am incredibly happy with the items that I purchased."
"I had absolutely no problems with my order; in fact, it arrived a little more quickly than I expected. The prices are amazing for the quality! The photos are representative of the products.
The sizes are based on Asian standards, so they run a bit smaller than American sizes. Measure and consult size charts - order a size or 2 smaller than you normally wear. Mine fit perfectly!

"I am disgusted with this company. I placed my order on September 8th and paid for expedited shipping. It is now October 13th and no communication from this company except to blatantly lie in response to my complaints. I initiated a dispute on paypal to refund and then Sammydress responded immediately that if I cancel the dispute they will ship the order immediately. They had it ready and couldnt ship it while the dispute was in play. So, I canceled the dispute over a week ago, and nothing. It is unfathomable that a company would out and out lie like this to keep $40.
At this point I have written off the $40 and dont expect the order to show up, but it truly is disgusting. "
