They also have great customer service; if you have an issue with shipping or something, they will most likely get back to you on the issue in 24 hours or less. The only downside to this company is that shipping can take quite a while, but over all its worth it for the price. "
"I am happy to say that Sammydress offered a partial refund for my order. A full refund would have required my sending back the merchandise at my cost, and since shipping to China is so expensive, this would not have been a reasonable option for me. I am grateful for the company's effort to make things right. My advice to Sammydress shoppers would be to order a size bigger than you think you need. A Medium from Sammydress seems to be more like a Small in the States. "
"SammyDress is a great online retailer to shop if you're looking for quality products are a fair price. I have bought from them twice (so far) and have not been disappointed. The transaction process was very smooth, they have A TON of online coupons out at any given time, and the shipping was very fast. I placed my order on 6/24/15 and received it about 3 days later. The quality of the pants I ordered was amazing. They are very comfortable and silky smooth. The only one complaint I have about this particular order is that the color of the product I received did not match the picture on the website, but that is to be expected due to lighting and pix-elation of the computer. All in all, sammydress provides a pleasant shopping experience and i'd recommend (and I have) to anyone.

"It's like all the reviews were right! I tried to give this website a chance but nevertheless they did exactly what all the negative reviews said. You order you get half of your order and they have ALL of your money. I never received several items of my order and would like my money fully refunded immediately.

"I wish I would have found this review site before placing my order....I could have saved myself some heartache. I too recently placed an order with this company, and I paid for expedited shipping. The funds were immediately taken out of my account and I assumed that all was well. I began getting a little worried when I checked the status of my order and it consistently said "processing". After trying to call the number....which was ALWAYS busy, I tried submitting a help request ticket. It took me two days to successfully submit the ticket because the site kept saying that my order number was wrong or that the little code at the bottom was wrong. Which by the way, neither was wrong because I copied the order number from my email and the code was only four numbers.
Needless to say, in the meantime, I found this site and decided to cancel my order immediately considering the overwhelming number of customers who've had bad/similar experiences with this company. I placed my order for an upcoming family cruise, but based on this type of feedback, it's safe to assume that my order won't be back in time for me to enjoy the items ordered. It is my hope that my order will be fully refunded soon, and I do not have plans to do business with this company again.....I'm just very disappointed in how they operate, their lack of response to questions/calls/etc., and the fact that I feel scammed. What happened to quality customer service?!?! If this is an upstanding company, they have a lot to improve before I will ever consider ordering anything from them again. "
