"I have made attempt after attempt to contact this company. I paid for tracking and its telling me tracking is invalid. I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Where is my order? Where is my tracking. "Total crap. The sizes are 'asian sizes', which means that a large is the same as a US small. The material is poor, as is the quality - the seams will bust after one or two wearings. Company games ratings sites (as is pretty obvious by the poor English and outrageous claims on the fake reviews).
Their return policy is also pretty lame. You can't get your money back, in any way - all the offer is a credit for future purchases. They also do not pay for return shipping, which is to China and so hugely expensive when shipping from the US.
Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE: SammyDress contacted me to offer an *actual* refund, and without having to return the product, provided I update my review. While I am pleased that they have provided me a refund and as such added a star to my review, the fact that they only did so in response to a negative public review rather than as SOP doesn't really put the company in a good light.
And while they do have a sizing chart on their website, it is buried in their FAQ. Given that they advertise to a Western audience (I got there from Side Woot) using an English language website, it is disingenuous of them not to use standard Western sizing on their site, or at least mark the English websites' sizes explicitly as being Asian rather than Western sizes."
