"The website itself is great to order once you know what parts you need. However the website did not go deep enough to know which part number I needed. Therefore I was told to contact a 3rd party (J&J)on the east coast of the US who handle Samsung's aftermarket parts to find the part number I needed. It took several emails and phone calls back and forth to find the right part number. Three areas for improvement 1) Improve bandwidth to respond to calls @ J&J, don't use COVID as an excuse, we know you are trying to save costs, but you are pushing away revenue in doing so!, 2) Just have the J&J person email links to probably parts instead of asking me to call them back, 3) Improve samsung website to see down to the part number level and you can by-pass any reason to need to contact J&J personell, and mitigate your costs to support"

"I felt like I was given the run around. All I wanted was the correct TV wall mount for my brand new Samsung 32" TV. The screws for the wall mount I purchased were to long. According to the user manual, I called J&J international & they had no TV mounts available for my TV.
I then called Samsung.com & they gave me a ticket # and phone# to call, They could not help me, so they transferred me to 1-***-***-****, they said I had to call Samsungparts.com
I was not sure if the wall mount came with the screws, so I ordered the screw kit to be sure I had everything. It is a complete rip off so $95.95 later & I don't know how long it is going to take to get what I need to hang this TV.
