Bad Service

"I have not placed the order yet. Your online suggest you call the 800# to verify your serial number of your unit prior to your order. I called at 10:29 am, The representative I talked to was very rude, didn't want to take my call and hung up on me. Please don't instruct people to call in and have rude employees. Samsung advised I had to order the part from your company. If I didn’t have to contact you I wouldn’t. "

Ordered one part but received another

"I spoke with a representative to confirm the part number I needed to order. After ordering that part I received a replacement part without even being told the part i ordered wasn't available. I then had to pay shipping to return the part I didn't even order. Trying this one more time otherwise I give up!"

frustrating system

"I had to put in my model number multiple times before the system recognized it. Then after I entered charcoal filter, it took me to the part and indicated it was no longer available. If I had not clicked on the "details" I would not have known it was replaced by another item."

Should be easier to find the parts

"I spent 45 min trying to find the right replacement parts. There are NO prepopulated options, just the whole bunch. There should be suggestions for what we are looking for. We are just regular people, not technicians."
