"First- the diagrams under my model did not match my appliance - RF4267HARS/XAA diagrams do not show a drawer - but I needed a part for the drawer. :( Second - when I went to check out, it wouldn't let me change from USPS to Standard, so I don't know when it will get here. Third - as I was checking out, there was no way to go back to the prior step so I had to close completely out of the cart and then restart - what if I wanted to add more items? Overall - Samsung Appliances are very poor. TVs and Phones are great which is why we bought Samsung but appliances - P O O R. The Home Depot rep told us they were the number one brand on returns. More than double any others. I had to repair our 'new' dishwasher twice in the first two years and ultimately gave it away. The fridge hasn't been as bad, but isn't good. "
