"Tried to use chat service to identify part number, was told to call Samsung parts distributor.
Called parts company. Was told the item I needed is not sold as an individual piece, but must purchase entire burner grate to replace 2 rubber cushions (I called them bumpers, but have since learned they are cushions).
Went back to website to find Samsung Customer Service telephone number. Called that number only to be told - we don't have parts here. You have to call our distributor. I explained this was 3rd attempt to find part number and was told - well, I can't give you any more information. Call the parts distributor. I then asked for a transfer to a complaint line, which she could not find. After several minutes, she gave me an email address: ****@****.
I went back to Samsung Parts support web page to see if there was anyway to track down part number. After entering numerous descriptors for the "cushions", I actually found the part and it is $1.85. I've ordered and am so excited to have them on the way. Who knows how they got damaged in first place, but replacement parts do exist and I'm happy I found them through no help of the 3 Samsung reps. "

Sent 2-3 emails through your communication portal which took over a week to receive a reply with content identifying the correct parts I needed and then finding out that they are back ordered for 4 to 6 weeks. the entire experience has been less then satisfying. "
