"Dealing with scan was a pleasure. They are extremely flexible, and always seem to put the customer first. I changed my mind after ordering a fan from them and decided to opt for a different one entirely, and emailed them asking if this was possible. I received a reply within 2 hours giving me an RMA number and informing me that I would be fully refunded, and on top of this they even provided me with some advice about the fan I decided to change my order to! On top of their extremely impressive email support and order-flexibility, Scan's technical support and customer services are easily contactable by phone, and are again remarkably helpful. The customer services representative I talked to (Carrie) was extremely helpful and friendly, and was able to answer my call, amend my order and give me an ETA on my new graphics card's arrival all within the space of a 2 minute phone call.

"I had problems with my new graphics card, the whole computer died once it was fitted and the old card then refused to work when tried. I took it to your workshop on the 30th March 06 and was met by a very polite and competent technician (think he was called naz? sorry if I got your name wrong!). He tested everything and eventually found a fault with the PSU, it wasn't strong enough to support my new card. He then found the PSU I needed in the store, showed me how to fit it and demonstrated everything working again. Once I had to RMA a PSU and they made a huge effort to get everything sorted out for me, including contacting the manufacturer in Taiwan - who emailed me personally to apologise.
