"I purchased a trampoline for my grandsons. I received tracking notification from FedEx saying it was being delivered in Florida, which was totally incorrect. It should have been delivered to California. Repeated phone calls to Sears and the marketplace vendor, Vellux Selling, have gone unanswered. Will not do this ever again. You cannot trust Sears to stand behind products sold under their name, I guess that’s why they are going bankrupt."

"I placed an on-line order with Sears who then, closed their store due to covid-19 (understandable). However, they are refusing a refund. Thanks to Sears, I have a dead car battery & no $ to replace it because Sears is refusing refunds without prior notice. This way, they get to keep money due back to their customers without providing any products. This borders on theft by deception."
"Terrible company. Terrible service. I'm never doing business with them again in my lifetime, don't care who buys them. Took two months to get my refrigerator fixed after countless time spent on the phone merry-go-round. My extended service agreement that I paid $500 for expired a couple months prior to the failure, so I purchased a plan for $59.99 that would give me a 20% reimbursement on repairs. I called to get the 20% reimbursement and after another hour on the phone merry-go-round, I gave up on that. I'm done with Sears forever. No stars should be an option."
"I purchased Kenmore Elite products. I purchased a washer, dryer, pedestal washer as well as a pedestal drawer, they were supposed to be brand new items. The pedestal washer as well as the drawer arrived in open boxes, it had bad scratches on the surface, and no installation items came with the pedestal washer. Clips to mount the drawer were missing as well. Later I discovered the washer does not function properly on a heavy spin cycle. The full size washer makes loud noises as well as moves inches away from its stationary position. Sears customer phone service was not helpful at all, when I reported these issues. I have been forced to repeat my problem every time I am transferred. Most of the time that I'm transferred, the call is simply dropped. The technician who inspected my machine, informed me that the washer needs to be replaced. The sears reps are attempting to refuse my replacement, stating that the item was purchased 45 days ago. They have to be reminded that two different scheduled inspections were made and on both dates the technician never showed or called to reschedule. I am still in the process of getting my appliances to be installed and working properly. I have had these items for 2 months now and have never used my pedestal washer yet!"

"This is the 3rd time I have gone through this with Sears. I have either gotten the wrong item or didn't receive the item at all and the only resolution for my inconvenience is sending the item back and repurchasing the item I should have received. Sears has never admitted fault for their faulty order pulling process. The manager is always in a meeting and won't be available for an hour "so call back. " when it is Sears fault then Sears should do the contacting. The offer of free shipping isn't compensation because after a certain threshold shipping is free anyway.
This is the last opportunity Sears online will get from me but as far as your other customers, please find a better resolution or you will lose them to Amazon. "
"Bad service I ordered a Washer on line at Sears.com. My washer and dryer are stacking, I was told the new Washer I bought would fit With old dryer. I even called back to make sure this would happen. When it was delivered the delivery company said we never Stack Old equipment with new equipment. After spending two hours online with Sears.com I finally was told I was getting a refund. Then I received an email from them saying they would like to pick up the washer and what I’d like to exchange it. I just spent another hour and a half on the phone explaining that the washer wasn’t here and I would like a refund. I was Push from one department to the other. No one was helpful. I will never buy anything again from Sears.com"
"Purchased an item through marketplace. Had shipping notification the next day. Said it would arrive in 7 days (which was earlier than the 2 weeks promised). Was excited. 7 days passed. Nothing. Turns out the only thing that had been done is a shipping label created. The two weeks passed and nothing. Emailed seller multiple times and heard nothing. When product had not shipped by promised arrival date, I emailed seller and Sears to cancel. Sears also tried to contact seller and they heard nothing. Sears said they'd cancel and refund. Again, nothing happened.
Contacted Sears again and was tols same thing. 3.5 weeks later and nothing has changed from when I purchased other than them taking my money. Horrible experience. I hope to receive a refund soon, but am not betting on it. Will have to dispute with Visa. Never buy from Sears. They deserve to go out of business."

Absolutely no communication and when I called customer service I couldn't even understand the person I was talking to. They kept telling me it would be delivered to the store yesterday but couldn't understand yesterday was a day ago. Worst company ever. Deal with your local sears store and not sears.com. "
"The worst customer service and technical service. For over three months now, Sears has not been able to fix our dishwasher that we bought nine months ago and is refusing to replace it. Their representatives and technicians are abusive and have done everything in their power to make our lives miserable. "
"After paying for a hot water contract for 8 years, my 13 year old hot water heater leaked. They came, took pictures, and now it's been over a week that they have not honored their contract. I have no hot water. They transfer, hang up on you, tell you the'll call back and never do. This is no longer a viable company. Do NOT use them for contracts or repairs. I will end up spending my own money, then suing them in small claims court. I will also contact all media and political people I can for help. "The absolute worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
Mattress and adjustable frame ordered beginning of dec, scheduled to come in two weeks. I was then told it was being delivered between 2-4 so I sat around to have nothing delivered, called to speak to India apparently, whom said it was delayed and would be delivered a week later.
I was then told it was coming between 2-4, sat around for nothing, called India again, they lied once again, i asked for a refund, they then told me they couldn’t do that I would have to contact the store. I called EVERY DEPT in the store in Key West to have NO ONE pick up the phone, I finally got an answering machine and left a message, no call back. Mind you key west is an hr each way to drive and I have a small child and a life.
Talked to India no less than 10 more times, was told one day that they were a half an hour out from my home and THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I finally was able to drive down to key West and speak to the guy that sold it to me, he gave me his card and told me to contact him if there was an issue, he then said he put eyes on my purchase in the stock room and it was coming on Thurs. I sat around for the 5th day waiting and they still didn’t show, I contacted the guy and he said he didn’t know why it wasn’t loaded on the truck, no one can tell him, and that he would refund my money the next day as it says it was delivered! I called the card and disputed all charges. Sears should have been closed years ago. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! And the sooner they close their doors the better!! "
"I ordered a 2.25 car jack and recieved a 3 ton garage service jack,so i had to go through the hastle of returning this 76 pound jack.I was thinking that the refund would be processed quickly seeing how it was there mistake. I have since called 2/3times and i get a run around every time it has been almost 3 weeks and still no refund at this point im unsure whether i will even get my refund.Overall it has been a nightmare dealing with this company.I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH SEARS AGAIN ALSO WILL LET OTHERS KNOW!"
"Repairman showed up. OK He tells me he needs me 2 give him 1 of my towels 2 wipe up the water that comes out of my dishwasher? I have expensive towels no old1s? then I'm told 2 go turn the power off 2 the dishwasher? I could'nt find the right switch the repairman comes down and starts turning every switch off?? then he says "Do u want me 2 have another repairman come out and do it? "It will b another week. WHAT I already waited a week. No dishwasher 4 a week was not fun over xmas would not b fun at all. I hope he has a very Merry Christmas???? 45 minutes later he runs out of here pouring water all the way out. Ur done he says and that was all. BYE Mister NOT NICE man???
