"Bought and Apple watch on Black Friday from sears.com. It was suppose to be delivered on December 9. Still haven't received it. Come to find out it came from a 3rd party seller called Dealzone. I have been in contact with sears 4 times to find out where my watch is and on my last call tried to cancel the order completely and was told i could not cancel. I also tried to contact dealzone and still haven't received a response. Only Sears saying they needed more time to investigate the matter and nothing but the run around. After all the negative reviews i have read on sears im starting to believe i will never get the watch or a refund from them. Sad to see that this American Company is ripping people off this way. I thought it was a legitimate sight even though they went bankrupt. I really wish i would of checked there reputation before i ordered. Someone needs to shut this site down completely. Just sad. Shame on Sear!"

"I ordered a OGIO - Element Messenge and they got it from a third party. Well the third party mailed it to the wrong address. So I contacted the company I bought it from Sears. They told me it would take 2 business days to figure this out. Well they did I guess and just refunded my money back. No phone call like they said they would. "I'm being true to my word. I was recently without a refrigerator for 18 days due to the fact that Sears service did not provide the appliance company, which they sent out, with a proper tool which is now required by Sears to install the replacement part I needed. The times I called Sears I was either cut off or placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. Even Sears didn't have the tool and when they finally had it they shipped it, not overnight, but regular shipping. It took 5 days to get to the appliance company. I wrote a long letter to Sears Corporate detailing the events and included the loss of money I suffered through the food in the refrigerator and the need to buy food out more and living out of a cooler for those days. It's been at least a month since I wrote the letter. Nothing from them. I included in the letter that if I didn't hear from them I would put these details online to forewarn others of using Sears Service. I have always had the opinion that Sears had a good reputation and from experience it always was. I guess that has changed.

"I placed an order for a Herbal Supplement with Sears.com. The price was great but doesn't do you any good if you never receive the product. The merchant for Sears Fedx'd the order to Minnesota. Only problem is: I live in Ohio! Then they sent it USPS. It got stuck in a perpetual loop - it got to my city but not to me (I think they provided a fraudulent tracking #). "Called Sears for help on a Fridge I purchased a few years ago. I called ***-***-****. 1st agent I couldn’t understand at all and she hung up on me. Called back and I could barely understand 2nd agent but she wasn’t helpful at all. I Asked for Supervisor 6 times before I was sent to one. Supervisor Renea from Philippines answered but was no help. I asked for Reneas Boss, he said Kian, his supervisor was in a meeting all day.
None I talked to said they had ID employee numbers and No complaint department or process. No complaint phone number, unusual email only ****@****
It’s impossible to speak to anyone in the US when calling Sears. Sears facebook page was no help either. Spent an hour on phone with no help.
After looking online for Sears complaints, I see why. Sears is not the company they use to be. They no longer care about customer service. This will be my last purchase I will ever make from Sears. There are many other companies that sell the same things they offer. Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else to purchase your products from and forget Sears.

"I ordered a meat slicer in June. It is mid-August and I am still waiting for my order. Calling sears customer service an automatic message says that my order needs attention. Then it says that the number is not in service and the call is over.
I called technical support to be connected, I waited 1 hour for customer service and got no answer.
Called again today and the connection was horrible. I could not understand a word.
I contacted sears by e-mail and they responded that I would be contacted within days. I waited for weeks and no answer.

"I ordered an Apple Watch on Saturday August 4th 2019 thru Red Tag Cameras. It was a gift for my husband to be delivered to his job. I paid extra to have it delivered on time for his birthday. They held up the order and made me call to verify my card was legitimate on Monday August 6th. On the 7th they sent an email claiming the order is cancelled without giving me a reason and it will take 4-5 days to get my money back. I should have followed my first mind and paid a little more on Amazon. NEVER use Sears or REDTAG CAMERA again. "
