"Wish I saw this site 4 Days ago. Ordered a washer part 3 business days ago and still no shipping information. Shipping was 13.99! . When I contacted sears today, I was told I had to wait 5-9 days before I could log a complaint. Asked to cancel my order and was told nope can't do that. You'll just have to send it back and then we will refund you cost of part (minus shipping). One of the worst online shopping experiences in quite a long time. In the day of shipping in 24 hours or less this is not acceptable. Sears online customer service telling me to pound salt was also not appreciated. Will never shop sears again."
"I ordered a gasket for my whirlpool refrigerator and was told I would get it in three days. three days later ,and no notifications the part did not arrive.I called sears they said it takes 2 to three days to process the order and then it ships.
I asked them to cancel my order they said they cannot because its being processed . I went out and bought a new refrigerator .
now I have to wait three week to get my 160.00 back,after I ship the part back via ups.
dont ever order a part from these gankstas. "

"I should have really read this reviews before ordering anything with them! I am annoyed and frustrated by the lack of decent customer service! I have order a Tv Stand for my samsung (since I misplaced mine) I thought it would be easy and simple this was done August 06, 2012 it is now August 21, 2012! I received 2 (same) tv stands in the past days but both with a missing part! that is needed to actually connect stand to TV have received countless emails and nothing yet missing part still missing I call back and turns out that even though they sent out 2 tv stands to the correct address they sent the "missing" part to an incorrect address? different name and all. I will never be ordering or recommending anyone to do business with them! SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE LEARN FROM ALL THIS PEOPLE WITH BAD REVIEWS I WISH I HAD! UGH. "

I ordered a thermostat after being informed that it was in stock. After waiting several days with no email notification indicating the part had been shipped, I phoned SearsPartsDirect and learned that the part was actually on "back order" from "the factory" After several more phone calls over several days to try to learn when I would actually receive the part, I cancelled the order since no one could give me any information on when I might actually get the part. In summary, very poor customer support, very little ability to provide useful information on when the part would be available/shipped, and very irritating when told the "part was in stock" when in fact it was not. I won't do business with Sears PartsDirect again."
"I guess I should have read this first. Just over a year ago was the first time in 20 years Ive been in a sears store and I bought a TV. Two weeks out of warranty the TV craps out. Bought the online service manual and the fix was very evident and not uncommon. Got on Amazon and the part was $29 plus change and shipping. Got on Sears parts direct the part was $19 plus shipping. Both were "expedited" shipping charges so I figured I'd save 10 buck and go thru seras. Well I'll echo what everyone else on here says. Took the money plus expedited shipping said i would be here in 1 or 2 days. No tracking info on site, chatted with customer service no help other than it shipped (two days late) and here I sit on day 4 since I ordered and they charged my card and no part ad no tracking info and no idea when where or if I'll get the part. GOOD BYE SEARS. Never again. I'll pay more and go to Amazon!!!!!"
"Tried to order from website. Got an error message saying contact an 800 number to get status of order. Talked to someone who said the order did not go through so I placed the order. I got emails that both orders had been placed. Called 800 number and was told orders could not be canceled and would have to get RMA to return 1 order. So I have to pay for 2 orders after being told 1 did not go through, and hassle with sending order back. "Your satisfaction is important to Sears." is a joke..
Will not be buying from Sears again.."
"Ordered parts on 3 June 2012 after seeing on website that parts were in stock. Got a confirmation email stating parts will be delivered on 11 June 2012 but never got a tracking number. Called Sears who said they could not find the tracking information on their system and that they will have to contact another department who would call me with information on where the parts were. It would take 1-3 days to do this. I told the lady that it was very disappointing to see that parts were still not delivered for items that were showing in stock. The lady said that the website "front end" always showed that the parts were in stock irrespective of whether they were in stock or not!!!! Now I am stuck with an order which I have no idea when these will be delivered and no help from Sears. This is the last time I use Sears for this service. Other online companies were truthful - at least they said the parts were not in stock and it will take them 10-12 days to procure the parts and ship."
"This is the MOST upsetting business experience I have ever had. And I'm NOT exaggerating. I hate to say this but it brought me very close to tears.
But, please do as I did to fix the situation. Report your problem to the Better Business Bureau. I did and immediately a lady from Sears called to resolve the problem. After 2 phone calls our money was refunded and they finally sent out the part we wanted.

"I was very surprised at what a poor service this was. Desperate to fix my washing machine I called Sears about parts and was directed to as salesperson. He was helpful and pleasant, although he would not give me the total until after I gave my credit card information. Extremely shady. In the end, it cost me over $10 more for the part, and over $10 more for taxes and shipping then if I'd have just guessed and ordered it off of the website. $57 for a $22 part. Blah. Shame this is such a "reputable company", which I do not trust at all anymore."
"In January 2012, I ordered bandsaw blades for my Delta 9" bandsaw through SPD.com (Delta had discontinued them). THey were not in stock. Every three weeks or so I got an e-mail telling me my parts were not in stock, and with no known delivery date. THen, in May, I was informed they woudl be available 10 MAy, 2012. THat date came and went. Several call to to SPD personnel resutled innothing more than "I'll put it in CAPITAL LETTERS that you want your parts, etc. No parts. THen the date changed to 5/15. No parts. I called the next few days to monitor, but to no avail. THey are no back listed as no known delviery date. I cancelled the order.
No big deal not having the parts. My problem was I had no bandsaw during that time. NEVER AGAIN, SEARS!! Mr. Sears and Mr. Roebuck woudl be some upset about this!"
"Needed a heat assembly for my barely 5 year old Sears water heater. Part only Sears can provide as I called everywhere local to get it. Service man warned me up front Sears was difficult to deal with. Part ordered after 5 different departments had no idea what to send me-even though I had the part number!! Was advised expedited shipping was NOT an option!! 9 days later I still do not have hot water or my part. Tried live chat, email, phone. They don't know or care where the part is. I will never buy another Sears product."
"Excellent service! Ordered a TX Card for my Samsung Home Theater and was very pleased with the results. Sears had it the cheapest than anywhere else. I placed my order on Sunday night, April 30 and received my part on Tuesday, May 1st at Noon. The only downside was the expedited shipping cost. Other than that I would definetely buy from Sears again!! "
"Ordered a Dewalt DW735R planer from SPD on 4/19. Their website said & still says "In Stock". After several phone calls due to no order updates on the order status website, I get a ordered cancelled due to non-availability from the manufacturer. This is bogus because it is a current product available from other vendors. As this website plainly demonstrates, SPD is a internet SCAM website. Buyer Beware."
"I ordered a gasket for my refridge on the 25 of Mar, on April 5th I got a lint trap for a dyer. I paid like $80 for it.
Mind you my fridg is not working. I called them to get the right part sent out. I rechecked my paperwork to see if by some how I clicked the wrong thing but no I ordered the gasket. But would they just send me the right part NO, They want to charge me AGAIN $80 and they want me to wait till the get the lint trap back to get my first $80 back! I am so mad"
