"I purchased an "in stock" appliance part from these jokers and paid an extra $20 for two day, expedited shipping. The ONLY reason I purchased from them is that they had the part in stock. Two days later - two days AFTER the part should have shipped - instead of receiving it I received an email saying the part is out of stock. Each time I deal with any Sears store or department I am so amazed by their institutionalized incompetence that I can't believe the company can even stay in business. When I replace my Kenmore dishwasher it won't be with another one from Sears."

"I purchased a replacement part for my Kenmore vacuum (an agitator assembly). Shipping was fine and the product was as ordered. However, after using the part for six vacuums, the part malfunctioned in the same way that caused me to buy the replacement. This was just over six months after my original purchase. After talking to Sears for thirty minutes, I was told that replacement parts are only guaranteed for ninety days. They were unwilling to do anything beyond give me 10% off a new replacement part. I was flabbergasted at the short period of time their warranty ran and disgusted at their unwillingness to do anything more than reduce a new part's cost by 10%. Needless to say, Sears is unlikely to receive my business again, especially for appliances.
Most importantly--a 90 day return policy is absurd. Be aware of this information before ordering."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no description of the parts. Had to end up buying 2 different parts and had to pay shipping twice. Then the parts comes without screws!!! I call then and they say screws are sold seperately and they cant tell me what kind of screws they are so I can buy them myself. I have to buy them from them and pay for shipping a 3rd time!!!!!!!"
"I purchased a temperature probe for my oven. It cost me $28.95. When it arrived, I was dissapointed that the probe had the wrong connector and the instructions said to modify it to my application! I was also dissappointed when I noticed that $17 of the total bill was for shipping! Skip aftermarket and go directly to the dealer!"
"Ordered a tool replacement part (shown as in stock) on August 4 for $2.99. Shipping was $7.99 for a very small part, which is outrageous. There was no after market communication except for the order confirmation. I checked back 2 weeks later to find that the part had been back ordered on August 5 to be shipped August 9. But here it is 9 days later and still no part, nor any communication of any kind from Sears. Really lousy service and nonexistent customer service."
"SearsPartsDirect sucks. More expensive than if I'd have ordered from one of the google results. Shipping on a 1ounce part was the standard $8.99. Shows up over a week later in a plastic baggy, probably cost them less the $1 to ship. Some exec busy raking in the bucks. Last time I order from them."

Ordered 3 parts on 5/16, with overnight shipping. All were listed as "in stock." One part arrived the next day. Called about the other two (the one I received is useless without the others, and was told that they would ship in a week or so. Specifically was told that "in stock" meant that a supplier in their chain has it somewhere. Today is now 5/25, and was just told one part would ship today, and the next on 6/2. Essentially 3 weeks (if I'm lucky) to get an "in stock" part. Tried to cancel, and was told there are no cancellations for any reason. DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS PARTS DIRECT!!!"
"I ordered both upper and lower dishwasher racks for my 11 year old Kenmore. The prices at SearsPartsDirect were lower than other appliance parts websites. Each rack shipped from a different warehouse and arrived 2 days apart. Overall shipping was very fast via UPS. What arrived was exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with my purchase and will order from them again."
"By far the worst service ever. I ordered a part and got the wrong one twice over a span of 2 weeks of waiting. Customer service said they would expedite the correct part. After waiting several days I called and they had no record of the order! They had one of the wrong parts picked up but I still have the other sitting outside waiting to be picked up. "I ordered two bearings for my Sears Band Saw. Sears wanted over $6 apiece and $8 shipping. The next day I found them on Ebay for $5.95 for 10 of them and free shipping. That comes out to just over 59 cents each and Sears wanted $6.00 each. 10 times more. I tried to cancel my order, but they would not do it. I called Discover and told them I wanted to dispute the charge and they told me that Sears has no right to refuse to cancel if the order has not shipped. I told Sears Discover would not pay them for the parts, but they didn't care, they would not cancel my order for ANY reason."
" Searsparts.com will show items that are NOT in stock as being in stock. I found this out the hard way AFTER placing my order.
Whats worse is that they do not even care. I called them and as I was being told by CS on the phone that my part was on back order I looked on their web site and it showed the item "in stock".
I have called them for 3 days now for an update on my order and it is back ordered but STILL showing as "in stock on their web site."

I placed an order by mistake, and could not cancel. i tried ti cancel it immediately, but their company policy is NO CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY REASON. You must recieve the part, then ship it back. In this day of customer service this is a very poor policy.

"They SUCK, ordered parts for stove and fridge and they sent the wrong ones not once but twice. Do these people have ears at all??? I gave them the model number for the fridge and when I received the door seal for the fridge, they sent a white one and I told them it was BLACK. The stove was another ordeal, ordered a new ignitor for the oven, they got that right, but the door seal was another story, they sent some flimsy white thing, it was suppose to be that heavy seal around the window of the door. Maybe they all need hearing aids. Very disappointed in they're customer service. "
