"I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I ordered from them.
I ordered a part that their page said was 'IN STOCK'.
They billed my credit card instantly.
Four days later they send an email stating that they _don't_ have it in stock, and they don't know when it will be back in stock.
So I canceled the order.
It took a LONG time for them to credit my credit card, and then it was for less than what they charged me.
And there's no one to contact- the phone numbers don't have any appropriate options, and no way to talk to an actual person.

"I took a picture of my fridge model number and went online to sears parts direct to order a new door bin. I noticed that there was two door bins in the drawings and I ordered the upper large 1 gallon bin. When the first order arrived it was the lower smaller bins of which I did not need. I kept them with the idea i could have made a mistake and sooner or later the cheap design would break anyway. So now I took special note of the fridge model number and carefully noted the part number for the large 1 gallon bin. It was in stock when I ordered but minutes later I got a email saying out of stock and back ordered. I waited the two weeks and still no part. At the one month time frame I called after several attempts and explained to them to ether refund my money or ship the part. They responded the order would be shipped in three days and they could not cancel the order now. But I could request a return after receiving the parts. To end this long story I received the parts friday after thanksgiving. These parts dont even fit my fridge small door bin or large door bin. I am in the process of executing a return but its not easy. I am going to have to drive 20 miles to a ups center to return them. As I was getting ready to affix a new shipping label on the box I noticed a return label already on the box where someone had previously sent the parts back. I can not recommend anyone purchasing from sears parts direct! I am back to the starting point after a month of waiting for incorrect parts. Shame on Sears parts direct for not checking to see if they were shipping the right part or not."
"I ordered the part and said it is in stock, but it was never delivered, So I requested to cancel the order they told me the order is in the process so once it is shipped, they will cancel it. So, they took my money and not provided my part, and not returning my money. Highly unethical business site."

I work maintenance for a big company, I ordered 3 parts for the fridge in July 27, 2022, they said it will be delivered within a week, but since that date I'm still waiting for the part, they send 1 part in Sep 01 but I'm still waiting for the 2nd part, I asked for a refund or some credit because it slow my business and caused me issues with my clients, but no answer! and I'm still waiting for the other parts and I'll never buy from SEARS again ! "I ordered a Whirlpool control board. The website shows in stock and delivery in 3 days. Part still not shipped after 1 week and when I call they say they are waiting for vendor to ship and have no idea when it will ship. I point out that the confirmation email shows part in stock and 3 day delivery, but they come up with excuses about delay. Then I try to cancel, they say it will take 5 days to cancel. They charged credit card immediately, now I need to file a claim with the credit card company. "
"Requested to cancel the order two times. Finally, shipped it and it was the wrong part. Do not waste your time many of their items are back-ordered but they did not update them. It is indeed a hassle!"
"It's because you can't give them zero stars. This company advertises everything as in stock and shipped to you by such and such date, but it's all a bunch of lies! They don't stock anything. They are a drop shipper and if you don't cancel in 24 hours then they will leave you hanging for weeks until they find the item or eventually place it on backorder and you can get your money back. Do not buy from these people."
"I ordered a part on 4/19/22, my cc was immediately charged. They product was backordered, with no estimate on delivery. I cancelled the order on 4/21/22. As of 5/5/22 no credit has been issued, so I contacted Sears Partsdirect again, they are still working on processing the cancellation. This is total nonsense. I will work with my cc company to reverse the charges."
"I ordered multiple parts from SearPartsDirect.com because they all showed IN STOCK but a day later I got emails that they weren't. Some were listed as backordered for several weeks. I cancelled all the parts over the phone and 2 days later got emails that the parts were shipping. I was charged for return shipping. I spent several hours on the phone getting my money back and trying to explain what happened. Decent customer service after you get through to someone but not a reliable company to order from."
