"Seattle Coffee Gear's website is the best out there in providing information and video to help me make my selection. This is how they won my business. I was particularly happy to do business within a hundred miles of home - pleased to support a local business while also hoping to receive my machine quickly. Yet, disappointing for me, they do not live up to the shipping efficiency their web site promises. As of this writing, I have not received my espresso machine, so I am unable to rate them "Very Satisfied". I down rated them to "Somewhat Satisfied" because of my unmet expectation about shipping: I selected (and was charged for) expedited shipping. Their web site promises:"Orders placed before 11AM Pacific Time will ship same business day; orders placed after 11AM Pacific Time will be shipped next business day." I placed my order on Thursday after 11AM, expecting my order to be shipped by end of day Friday - as their policy promises. I was notified the following Tuesday evening that the order has shipped. My relatively positive rating is an act of faith on my part - assuming that my machine gets here eventually and it is as advertised. As of now, my product is somewhere on the other side of the United States making its way to me. I may be experiencing the beginning signs of cranky coffee syndrome - a condition of lowered tolerance caused by unmet needs for coffee. This condition seems to be more prevalent the further north and west you live - with ground zero found in Seattle... Alas, another trip to Starbucks for me. Hey wait, a trip to Starbucks, that's a good thing!"
"Very satisfied with my experience. Web site was easy to use and very informative (product information, product use, customer surveys, etc.) - everything Coffee you can imagine. When I needed more information (I called Customer Service), again very informative (answered my questions). My needs were met (the product I was shopping for), price was on the lower end (with added extras - even better), products arrived in a timely manner (the lower end of the 5 - 9 days) without issues. Positive experience - looking forward to dealing with Seattle Coffee Gear in the future (My new supplier / to meet my addiction needs). Recommended to ALL"
