I did find the gift card shipping process confusing... I requested "printed" delivery and later in the process was given the non-optional message: "online delivery" - As the ground shipping address was accepted, however, and I gave no email shipping address; I'm hoping for the best ...)"

"I was informed that my coffee maker was out of stock and it would be another 9 days or so before it ships. So, Its difficult to answer the question "satisfied" or "somewhat satisfied". I don't have a product yet to determine if I'm satisfied. I would be more satisfied if the product would have been in stock, shipped and delivered by now.

"I am sure, when my replacement finally arrives, the Saeco Sirena we ordered will be great. However, I would strongly recommend that you purchase it from somebody other than Seattle Coffee Gear.

The first espresso machine they sent was broken. That in itself is not a problem. Frustrating perhaps but something that can easily be remedied. Things happen. However, they were insulting and reluctant to fix this problem. I had to call five times to assess that the machine was broken, dicker with them about return freight and to arrange for the new machine to go out. There were arguments all along the way leaving me frustrated, angry and shocked that an internet-based company did not jump to make a potentially bad experience a good one.

With so many options online, wouldn't you rather buy items from a company that is interested in keeping their customers happy and coming back?"
