"i ordered the wrong part for an espresso machine and found out that it was not returnable. What will I do with it? I called and asked for help in order to pick out the right part and they are not"permitted" to help customers pick out parts. So unless you know exactly what you want to buy I would not recommend buying anything from Seattle Coffee Gear-there are no returns -and it was slow on delivery taking 8 days to arrive... I have never heard of a company that does not accept returns! Wouldn't it be possible to be very clear about the policy of no returns? A simple THIS CANNOT BE RETURNED would really be helpful. . The cost of your parts are no less expensive then other providers so Im not sure how much it is helping your customers. I am just giving you a suggestion to avoid others making the same mistake...to avoid waste.

“We accept returns on almost all items ordered through the Seattle Coffee Gear store with the exception of parts. Our goal is to keep the cost of parts as low as possible. We provide machine diagrams and and easy ordering process for those who are capable of doing their own repair (without our assistance). We make this exceptionally clear on the parts ordering pages and during the checkout process. We do offer a full service repair option where we will complete the repair and handle any questions for those that prefer. This order was delivered within the promised timeline.”

"This was my first order with Seattle Coffee Gear. I needed a few parts for my espresso machine. I placed my order online on Tuesday evening. I got an immediate email order confirmation,then a shipping confirmation the very next day with tracking link. I had my order on Saturday and I live in Indiana. I will definitely order from them for any of my future espresso machine needs. They get 5-Stars from me! Also great information on their website and youtube videos.

"Very happy with this retailer! What really sold me was the video explaining the espresso machine I eventually bought (the Saeco Aroma). It answered any questions I had and frankly discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the specific model. I had been in the market for awhile and the Aroma fit my needs and my price range. Granted, I've only had it for a week or so, but it makes a great latte."
