I called for help, the service tech Patrick was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, called back when he said he would etc. We just couldn't get it to grind properly, SCG was great about exchanging it for a different unit. I've had the 2nd refurbished unit about 5 days and it is working as promised. It has a few blemishes but nothing that affects it's performance. I love that all the mess of grinding and used coffee grounds are neatly contained and the frothing is consistent. "
