Seattle Coffee Gear goes the extra mile by providing video demos on most of the products that they sell, without any bias toward more or less expensive machines. I watched a few "crew review", searched other sites for better prices and ultimately choose Seattle Coffee Gear because they provided the most info about the machine that I decided to buy, sold it at the best price and shipping was free. "Terrible experience. I purchased a refurbished superautomatic machine. It took 13 days from the time I placed my order until I received it due to a "glitch" in their payment system apparently. I had to contact customer service myself to correct this. Once I finally did receive my order the sensor on the dredge box did not work and it was missing the filter for the water reservoir. I again had to call customer service. I explained the problem and they said they would mail me a new part and I should receive it in about a week. Unacceptable. I explained that after the abnormally long wait to get my order the first time I expected they would overnight the replacement for the broken part. They would not, but after some arm twisting I managed to get them to agree to providing shipment with two day delivery. Seven days later I still did not have the part and again had to call customer service only to find out that THEY DID NOT SHIP MY ORDER!!! I finally received the replacement part and the missing part three days later. It took a total of 24 days from the time I placed my order until I was able to use my machine. Ridiculous. The worst part for me was that the two people I spoke with didn't care at all and made no special effort to make it right. Seemed clear to me that my business wasn't valuable at all."
