I watched several of the youtube videos and then called and actually talked to Gail from the videos.She asked me to tell her what I wanted my machine to do and from that info suggested which one best fit my needs. I did some more reserch and agreed with her and ordered a J5 (refurbished) I have had it over a week and really do like it alot. My machine arrived in the stated time and free coffee gift came in another week(a little slow) Haven't tried it yet.
