"Great products and price. One year warranty on refurbs is great. I did have an issue with ordering, as the product I ordered became unavailable after I already paid for it. I ended up receiving it 2 weeks later. I asked multiple people about expediting the shipping and was told they would not. One final phone call about the status, and I was randomly offered this. This mix up reduces my rating by one star. Overall, I appreciate the web videos of the products and their extended line of quality and inexpensive refurbs. "
