"I just completed my order and I anxiously wait for the mattress to arrive. I am a longtime owner of a Select Comfort bed. Although I love this bed, it does leave room for improvement. Selectabed addressed all the issues I have with my current bed on their website. I feel sure my new bed will be the improvement I am looking for.
Customer Service cannot be beat. I have never experienced such knowledgeable sales people. They are NOT PUSHY. They are simply informative. I spoke at great length with Alec and Brian. They are courteous, professional, personable and I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable they are about their product. "

"I ordered some pillows and an Air-Pedic mattress from Selectabed and so far the experience has been fantastic. I looked at one of the Sleep # stores and was not impressed. The sales 'experience' seemed very scripted and I really couldn't believe that after spending thousands on a bed there that they would still charge an extra ~ 40 dollars for another remote - the beds only included one. I also started finding many negative reviews of their customer service. Then I found Selectabed and I'm really glad I did. I called with some questions about some of their products and unfortunately I called too late because they were already closed for the day. I left a message and they did call be back the next day. The sales person I spoke with, Blake, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped me in ordering a mattress. Fast forward several weeks - I called back to take advantage of some addition discounts I was sent for other bedding items. Blake somehow saw that I as calling again and called me and again took excellent care of me in ordering some pillows. A month or so before ordering a mattress I had ordered some of the Snuggle-Pedic pillows from Amazon and they are fantastic. I loved them so much I wanted to get some more and the experience with the pillows was also a big reason I decided to try one of their mattresses. It is so nice to get quality products made in the USA that are backed by great customer support. "

"I drove over 2 hours to come in to the store and it was worth it. Blake greeted me and asked me a couple questions before shuffling me over to the bed he recommended, which was the bed I originally came to see. Super low pressure sales, he let me be and I lounged around for a good 30 minutes. Any question I came up with he had an answer but let me do my thing and was not there cramming the sale down my throat like most sales guys at the other stores. I bought the bed and was was out quickly. I can't wait for it to arrive. "
