"This post is an update, I got my bed when I was told I would. It took me an hour to set up the bed. This bed is what they said it is. I waited almost a month before writing this review. What happened to being hot at night? Sleeps really cool and comfortable. The aches and pains I used to wake up with have been snuffed out. I mean no shoulder or neck pain, no lower back pain, no hip pain. I have never experienced a bed like this one. I have the 1000 and it is freaking wonderful. Purchase:
Like most people have noted, the purchase process was fantastic. I spoke with both Bryan and Blake over several days. They were both very patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions about the product. Bryan even sent me the owners manual so I could compare it to other brands I was shopping. Also as noted in others comments, neither Bryan or Blake made me feel pressured to buy right away. I was happy to purchase the AirPedic-850 and the Flex USA adjustable base. I was especially happy they were both made in USA.
Shipping:
I purchased during the early months (July) of the COVID-19 pandemic so my mattress took 1 extra week to be built and shipped. I did correspond to the shipping department twice and they answered within 1 day. The Mattress and the Adjustable base were shipped together from the California factory via SAIA freight, the Air pump and remote controls were shipped separately via UPS. Shipping from CA to TX took about 4 days. SAIA called and made an appointment for delivery. They may not be used to residential deliveries because my delivery window was 8 hours long. The packages arrived with the cardboard containers pretty roughed up, but the products were perfect.
Setup
FLEX USA Adjustable Base
The Adjustable base came complete, with no assembly required. Each side was a separate section with individual remotes. The instructions for the remote control parings was not quite clear to me. Fortunately the FLEX USA frame was made by Reverie and they have a support website and YouTUBE channel. The video instructions are clear and concise.

The Mattress also came fully assembled, I just needed to connect the hoses and remote controls to the pump.
Comfort
This is my dream mattress. My Wife and I are sleeping better already. it did take a couple of nights to find my ideal (for now) setting.
