"My wife and I have been shopping for an adjustable air bed for a while. We visited a Sleep Number store and we were impressed with the capabilities of their bed but after asking multiple questions and getting different answers to the same question, we decided to search for another manufacturer. "Although I had to wait for the shipment due to COVID-19, the bed is a great upgrade to our previous mattress. The customer service was great and Gerald was one of the best in customer service from any company I have encountered. The shipping company was supposed to notify and schedule me for delivery, but delivered the bed without notification and the controls were shipped separately the next day. I also needed a set of instructions, which was quickly emailed to me when I asked. Overall, great bed, great customer service, minor shipping issues. "
