Selectabed addressed all the issues I have with my current bed on their website. I feel sure my new bed will be the improvement I am looking for.
Customer Service cannot be beat. I have never experienced such knowledgeable sales people. They are NOT PUSHY. They are simply informative. I spoke at great length with Alec and Brian. They are courteous, professional, personable and I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable they are about their product. "

"A very interesting experience by contrast to Sleepy Numbers. We visited a "retail store" only to find the unit Sleep Number [i8] wasn't fully functioning, the rep (nice person) was only a few months into his training and we largely left with a discombobulating experience of a lot of puzzle pieces to figure out for ourselves. We also spoke with a family member who swears by the [i8] and has recently bought a second after 15 years...only to find out the new install had parts missing, big delay to correct the situation and headboard issues that were mishandled. Coming from sales management in today's unpredictable world...customer service really matters...particularly with a higher-end investment like this. Think one less vacation in Paris in exchange for years of dreamy comfort. :) Now here's hoping this story has a happy ending."

"Haven't gotten my bed yet, so this review is just on the shopping and ordering experience. Initial impressions of the website were good and catch your attention. Does a pretty good job of selling their product. Some information was lacking however, especially pricing on add ons. And there is no web portal to place an order, so I submitted a request to have a rep call me with a quote. They never called. Once I called them though, much better experience. The rep I spoke to was great answered all my questions and was no pressure. Can't wait to try the bed. "
