"I just completed my order and I anxiously wait for the mattress to arrive. I am a longtime owner of a Select Comfort bed. Although I love this bed, it does leave room for improvement. Selectabed addressed all the issues I have with my current bed on their website. I feel sure my new bed will be the improvement I am looking for.
Customer Service cannot be beat. I have never experienced such knowledgeable sales people. They are NOT PUSHY. They are simply informative. I spoke at great length with Alec and Brian. "My elderly parents(90,92) are in need of a new bed. After doing online research I decided to email Selectabed. I included in the email information about my parents and some of the issues they are dealing with. The next day I received an email from Gerald Misemer telling me about their beds and also requesting additional info on the type of bed we were interested in. I called him two days later with a lot of questions I wanted answered before committing to a purchase. He answered every question and actually recommended a lower priced bed than one we originally picked out.

"I was actually looking at sleep number beds. I went on YouTube to see if there was a video that showed all of the equipment with the mattress. I stumbled on this video comparing sleep number to air pedic. They sold me on the fact that it benefits side sleepers more than the sleep#. The detail of the video comparing the mattresses was well worth my time. They might take longer to send the bed, but for $500 less and a thicker mattress, sometimes quality is worth the wait. Customer service was quick and easy. They may not offer buying it online, but they prefer to speak to people to ensure they are making the right purchase for their needs. "Ordered a fork top mattress and an adjustable base in king that was supposed to be independently adjustable. It isn’t. The app is lousy at best. Was told an upgrade would be available in July. It is September and we have heard heard one word from Relief Mart. The 100 day trial is almost over and we haven’t been able to use the feature. "
"Bryan S. was the best phone sales professional I have ever dealt with. From the first call to the follow up after delivery, he was always supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. One of my calls went to a different sales person and honestly, if he would have been my first call to Relief Mart, I would not have called back again..... that said, we are extremely happy with our purchase and the first week enjoying a much improved sleeping experience over our old tired conventional mattress. The freight company beat the box up quite a bit shipping it across country, but the bed was not damaged. The completely assembled mattress and the reasonable shipping charge for door front delivery allowed us to install it quickly our self. Though we hired some help to assist us with the total "move" of the bedroom, it could have easily been done by two able bodied people. The other pleasant surprise, was that Relief Mart was fine with us providing our own adjustable base. No pressure to buy theirs as with most of the other dealers. With all of he features not found on other Number beds, this was a fantastic value all the way around. Thanks again."
