"I just completed my order and I anxiously wait for the mattress to arrive. I am a longtime owner of a Select Comfort bed. Although I love this bed, it does leave room for improvement. Selectabed addressed all the issues I have with my current bed on their website. I feel sure my new bed will be the improvement I am looking for.
Customer Service cannot be beat. I have never experienced such knowledgeable sales people. They are NOT PUSHY. They are simply informative. I spoke at great length with Alec and Brian. They are courteous, professional, personable and I cannot stress enough how knowledgeable they are about their product. "

"I called in to ask a few questions initially and was connected to Gerald. He answered all those questions and sent me some additional information. I called several other manufacturers For information as well but did not get the same level of customer service and friendliness that Gerald provided. We had an urgent need to receive the bed within about 3 1/2 weeks due to guests that we were going to have for the holidays and he worked with production to be sure the bed shipped out to arrive by my drop dead date.
From here things went downhill. Manna Logistics (now called Pilot) was most unhelpful. My bed arrived in a distribution center 20 minutes max from my homeon a Monday so I assumed I would have it delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. The program was that I would be called by the delivering carrier to set up a delivery appt. By Tuesday afternoon I had not heard from them so I called the toll free number on the tracking info and was told they could not tell me if my shipment was even at the DC, or when it would be delivered. It was also revealed that Manna (Pilot) was not even the company that would be doing the actual delivery. When I asked who would be delivering, the response was that they would not tell me until the carrier actually had the bed and then they would call me. I explained that I really had to have this bed by Friday as I had guests coming on Saturday. He was unsympathetic to my situation. I called every day and got conflicting info from different people. I finally found out who would be picking the bed up at the DC and delivering it to me (Quick Delivery is company name) so I called them early on Friday am, spoke to a wonderful woman who assured me she would take action, check on where the shipment was and would do everything she could to help me out. About an hour latter she called me back, had arranged for it to be picked up and set up the delivery for Saturday morning. Moral of the story, if you need action, skip the men and go direct to a woman!!
As far as the bed is concerned, I have been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks now and I will say that I am having less pain in my hips and shoulders from pressure, but my lower back is still sore and I find it a bit firmer than I would like (although I have my settings down into the 20’s now) and I do not see a very dramatic difference in the pressure settings as I did with the Sleep Number I8 bed. It is not as cloud like as the I8 either. I also thought that the 3 zones could each be adjusted independently but in actuality the head/shoulder and leg/feet zones are linked together so you cant have feet at one pressure and head at another. Gerald did tell me that if I had any issues that often some small adjustments or additional foam topper would take care of things so I will be contacting the company to discuss. "

"We did a ton of research when selecting the bed. Our spring mattress was lumpy after 5 years (at over $1,0000) and we did not want to repeat the mistake. The mattress itself arrived as a single unit and the electronics and pump were separate. There is little assembly required and plugging the air tubes in is quick and easy. We are very happy.
Our 'white glove' service did not go 100% as planned and the representatives did not meet the standards for professionalism or training that were expected. Knowing this was a contracted service I reached out to both companies and Reliefmart has stood behind their product! They have been especially professional and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a bed. "

"I had read about Air-Pedic beds on SleepLiketheDead.com and while I was impressed with what I read I was a little concerned about ordering online without ever laying on the mattress. Since there are no stores in the Midwest with Air-Pedic The rep suggested I visit a sleep number store and try out comparable bed to see which model may be the best for us. After figuring out which model was right for us I still wasn't totally comfortable ordering but when I called again with a couple questions the rep handled them so well I was comfortable ordering an Air-Pedic bed.
